“As a refugee, my American dream was to own a grandfather clock and drive a German car. After few years of saving in 2015 at 31 yrs old, I was able to purchase a Howard Miller clock. Not an expensive one but it was expensive for me at that time. The lady at the shop was so nice and helpful.The father and son that delivered and set up the clock were friendly. They work with their hearts. Highly recommended. By the way, I purchased a BMW not long after owning the grandfather clock. Thank you Champs Clock. Thank you America.”

“I visited the Panama location and loved the whole vibe of the store. My friend and I obviously wanted to take everything in the store home with us but since we were on vacation I decided on something small for my new apartment. I chose the moon sun catcher. When I brought the one from the shelf to the register, one of the associates told me that she had one already boxed up and if I would like that one. I was happy to since I would be traveling out and about for the rest of the day and out of state after our vacation was over. My advice is to LOOK at the actual item that is PRE-BOXED before you buy it. Mine was damaged and I feel like the associate knew that the boxed one was damaged because her and the associate at the register shared a look when she brought the box up. I didn’t look at the item and that’s probably my fault. Luckily I was able to fix it with soap, water and an abrasive sponge but it’s definitely lost some if it’s appeal now that the holo effect is gone. I’m not rating the store less than 4 because it is a cool store, everything was a reasonable price, and I can’t honestly say it was intentional but it seemed that way. I was able to somewhat fix the item but it is also altered now. It’s just disappointing.”

Throughout the week he was very patient with me about picking up my mattress because I kept changing the status of when I was picking it up. Also gotta give credit to the woman training him. “I purchased the true temp classic pillow. The pillow is just the right firmness, the filling is a layer of solid ventilated memory foam in the middle and traditional down on both exterior sides. (I am not a fan of a full solid memory foam as I find it carries sound and is way too hot) the memory foam insert in this pillow is enough so the pillow doesn’t sag and the exterior feels like a traditional down pillow without the sound amplification or excessive heat from a solid memory foam pillow. The true temp pillows are much cooler than normal pillows.At first the price seems a bit high (compared to much less expensive retailers but the quality and comfort of this pillow is much better than any pillow I’ve ever owned. Worth every penny and I will purchase from sleep number again.”

“This place is huge! We explored only one side of the store for about an hour and had to leave due to other events. The amount of cool things they have is unlimited! While they have antiques, they also have some more modern items as well including clothes and tumblers to name a few. You don't get bothered by people at all while your time there which I loved. I would totally reccomend this place if you're in the area or traveling. They surely have some good things to see or buy here.”
