“Thank you Lynn! I heard the FF ad on local tv and decided to go in before an office visit to the podiatrist. I had tried to select sneakers on my own and because the elasticity in my feet had weakened, I self diagnosed with a wider shoe. After several days, I was in agony with blisters and a backache and could not understand. Lynn was kind enough to help me see that I needed to go up a shoe size and not the width. I laughingly told her she saved me a copay and a lot of time and I mean it! The inserts she selected are as great as the sneakers themselves. I travel for work so I am highly dependent on being able to walk long distances. Again, thank you Lynn and FF! You are my go to for comfort and performance.”

I spoke to Yasmine at the Duluth location and she was kind enough to go through the store and identify all the selections that applied to our company standards on the phone with me. “They have a good selection and reasonable prices. I really like that they also have a few things for men and children.As with most shoe stores, they don't have much for bigger shoe sizes (10+) but they're still very good. They also have handbags and clutches. It's definitely worth a visit.”

If you plan on coming be prepared for spend some time trying shoes and definitely ask for recommendations the two ladies who were there when I went helped me find shoes to support my arch.”

“Phone does not work! The number I called was what’s listed on this Google page. It’s a busy signal when you call though.
Either way I made my way to the store and was Beyond satisfied with my experience from the manager and another employee who was new. They were friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating! They made sure I had everything I needed for a wedding next week. And that experience alone changed my perspective of the company and the minor issue with the phone. So thank you for being attentive and positive! Also, thank you for responding to my review as well. I’ll returning this location in the future!”
