“I have been to this location twice, both time's I was helped by Mr. Santos and the experience was exceptional. The first time, I was in a hurry and they were extremely accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable which made my trip quick and easy. The second, I had to make a return and again it was professional and quick. They have a machine that reads your foot size/shape/etc. etc. to make finding the perfect fit hassle free and easy. I would recommend this store over and over to anyone looking for a new set of shoes for running/walking/etc.”

“Kick Theory saved the day for me! My daughter was having a school sneaker ball and as soon as I found a dress I knew what sneakers would match. I had three similar shoe options in mind but couldn’t find any in my daughter’s size. It was a floral Jordan 1 shoe, I thought people wouldn’t buy because the shoe has a lot going on. The shoe was all over resale sites for double the price which I didn’t want to pay because we only planned to wear them for the dance. In my search I came across kick theory, a small store way in Georgia. Kick Theory had the item at regular retail price $90. I had a hard time ordering, the site seemed to be glitching and it wouldn’t let me put the order in the cart. Finally I purchased the order but I was skeptical because there were a few bad reviews saying that Kick Theory sells items but doesn’t really have them. About a week and a half later my order came and it was perfect. Definitely will order again!”
“I found gym shoes that fit and feel better than Nike. There prices, however, do not seem better at the outlet than in the stores. That's the reason for 4 stars. The staff were very nice and helpful. I will absolutely return.”
“I love shopping at this store. They have quite a variety of men’s shirts and clothing. The clothing is great for golfing or for more casual business activities and they have some fun sports related shirts which are great to wear to games. They have Falcons and Braves themed shirts as well as SEC schools and a few other southern schools like GA Tech, Clemson and FSU”
“The heels on my stiletto boots were missing and the metal was showing. Sam repaired them and now they are restored to like new! I love these boots and didn’t want to lose them thanks for saving my boots for $20 Sam.”
“Overall, this store is fantastic for all your outdoor and sporting needs, and it's quickly become my go-to spot over competitors like Dick's.
First off, the shopping experience is great. The layout of the products is super good—it's easy to navigate, everything is clearly labeled, and the aisles are wide. The store also feels really well lit and open, which makes browsing pleasant, not cramped. I've always been impressed with their stock availability; unlike some other places where things are hit-or-miss, Academy usually has what I need on hand.
A huge bonus is the cheaper pricing. You just can't beat the value here compared to other major sporting goods stores. Plus, they offer drive-up pickup for online orders, which is incredibly convenient if you're in a rush and don't want to wander the store.
The only downside—and it's a noticeable one—is the difficulty in getting assistance. It feels like store personnel are hard to spot, and when you need help finding a specific size or accessing locked items, you have to really search for an employee. If they could staff the floors better, this would easily be a five-star experience.
Despite the staffing issue, the prices, availability, and convenience make this Academy a winner. Highly recommend stopping by!”
“I can never complain about anthro. This store was a nice new location to me! When you're hit with the volcano scent and all of the fun summer colors, it's just paradise! You'll find super cute pieces that fit a unique style and the staff were attentive. I have had family members who aren't pleased with the return policy, but I usually try on everything at the store, and haven't had to deal with any returns.”

“I just had the most amazing experience at the Crocs Store at Sugarloaf Mills. Not only is the store very orderly and well kept the sales team is phenomenal. Erika was extraordinary and sharing about the product helping me to find what I was looking for and ensuring that I got the right product which also happened to be on sale. Sipho began my process at the store by helping me to understand the differences in the products that I was looking at. I absolutely love the Crocs sandals that I have. “Not ALL of the shoes are buy one get half price, but they still have a great selection at great prices. The staff is super friendly, and if they don't have your size in something, they can order it for you and ship it straight to your house for free!
