I am writing this review about Mr. Willie Stephens, Assistant Branch Manager. He is really good at what he does. I have been coming to the Dunwoody Village location more, and he never disappoints. I have watched him run the whole bank by himself on occasion, and he knows his stuff. Additionally, I have witnessed him take care of the seniors with great care, concern, and courtesy. He is professional, empathetic, and a valuable employee. I hope you are taking good care of him. He deserves it.”
“Just went to open a joint bank account and Monisha was extremely helpful and kind! She made us feel super welcome and comfortable and the process was very easy! No question was left unanswered and she walked us through step by step on using the app. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend this branch!”

“I have had good experiences at other banks, but this new Chase branch has been incredibly servicing and supportive to my banking needs. I had to open up an estate account following the death of my father, and Ramona and the branch manager and all others I have dealt with have gone out of their way to help me. From on the phone to in person, Ramona is professional and has helped me in an extremely expedited way. There have been times where I have needed help to retrieve records quite quickly. This branch seems to bring on the individual friendly service. Yes, there have been occasions when I have had to wait, when the staff were busy. (If they were enjoying a break as a previous reviewer mention, it is because they needed it. They would never knowingly disregard a customer's time or needs.). So glad Chase opened up in this neighborhood location.”
“My neighborhood branch in Norcross Ga when I get to ATM you can't make any deposit. I was recommended to me by Norcross branch try Dunwoody Branch they accept deposit ATM. I get to branch after business hours to make deposit of $200 cash. I put my card in ATM, pin # ,select deposit , ask cash or check? Cash continue ready I put $200 of $20's. ATM state can't accept bills give funds back $180 keep $20 & retAin my debit card for security purposes. I call customer service no help . But I went into bank business hour I'm happy the branch manager”

“A lot of the negative reviews are from a while ago. They’ve recently remodeled and changed a lot of staff. Very clean inside, prompt service, nice staff. I don’t bank in person often anymore but it’s nice to have a smiling friendly face when you’re making a deposit or have a question”
