I'm talking better than Chick-fil-A people! “Amazing audio store with gear in stock that you can hear (and hear about) from people that love hifi. Dave was patient and knew all about each system we listened to. They have 5-6 listening rooms each setup with different systems. There are a dozen headphones displayed to listen to. I found out later that HiFi Buys is considered of the best audio stores in the country and it is right here. Definitely worth a visit if you love music and hifi.”
“Picked up my new laptop from here. I did my research and found they had the laptop I wanted in stock. The salesman tried to sell me on their insurance plan, but I find those to be a scam after working at Sears some years back. Loss of a star due to pressure to sell the plan more than a few times. Good place to get electronics; just do your research first.”

“I went into the Metro store today located on Jimmy Carter and I had the best experience ever. Shamaiah was very helpful, patient, clear, and concise with her instructions. She had compassion for my situation and made sure I was able to walk out the door with everything I needed. I enjoyed my time working with her and Hannah… Shamaiah is a stellar employee who is very knowledgeable about all processes and is incredibly professional as well as nice. I could write a book about this wonderful experience I had but I will stop here. I hope everyone comes to that location and experiences how nice and easy Shamaiah made the whole process of switching two lines over to MetroPCS. She is an Angel!!!”

“I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store! First of all, Malik assisted me with getting a new phone, and it literally took less than 20 minutes. It is important to note the less than 20 minutes part because I had no service on my current phone at the time. So as a result, I had to go back-and-forth with my mom who is on the account and Malik made it such a smooth and reassuring process. He also helped me to get a really good deal on protection and a charger for my phone !!! I just really appreciated the people who work at this Verizon store they are all so kind, quick, and down for a laugh !”

“This Target is well-stocked and nicely laid out. It isn’t overstimulating and doesn’t have a ton of shoppers at any given time. This is the perfect Target to go to before a road trip for snacks, last-minute clothing necessities, and toiletries. I also love their baby section.”

Of any T-Mobile associate encounter(in person or phone), Broderick’s level of service surpassed and was glaringly different. He was very patient, personable, and most of all SOLUTION ORIENTED!! I went into the Cricket store to find some way to charge my phone because I was stranded. Two of the most kind young ladies helped me. Alejandra and Ashley were my angels of the day. Alejandra even gave me a hug and reassured me that it would be ok. The kindness those two young ladies showed me, honestly helped encourage me to get through the rest of the day.
