“Ms. Carter is truly a gem to this location. I’ve never had a bad or negative experience with her. She’s had some associates who were not csf however, they are no longer around as I can see. I am going to miss this location so dearly, she’s the best example of leadership in a small location (big) establishment. The mail service is friendly and flexible in it's multitude of options from collecting mail, notary, making copies, or purchasing small office items, snacks, beverages, or purchasing local vendor products. This business that makes you feel like you are a part of the community and that you matter is what you get when interacting Monday-Saturday.”

However, the customer staff was very attentive, efficient and the manager Carl, did an amazing job of making sure he attended to everyone in line versus waiting for people to come up to the counter. While serving others, he also made sure that the Amazon bins were clear. I haven’t seen good manager on multitasking like that in a long time.”

“I arrived at the UPS store. It was very busy. There was a lot of about eight people ahead of me while I was standing in line and associate came down the line and greeted everyone. And stated that we would be help shortly and thank us for our patience. I was in the store a total of nine minutes the associate that helped me was polite, helpful, and efficient. This is something that I do not often receive in the area that I live, which is excellent customer service and efficiency as my time is very important as a small business owner.”
