I purchased Christmas Decorations for my front porch and I was very pleased with the different varieties they offered and the prices were good too. The store Manager named Corey customer service was great. He was very professional and helpful with my order. “Ross is one of those kind of stores that you go in when you're not in a hurry they never have enough cashiers but the cashier that they do have make the wait not so bad sooo friendly and Apologetic for the waiting and you can never find nobody to help you pick things on a high Shelf but the prices are good you just need to have a lot of patience plus I had the pleasure of meeting one of the mangers I believe his name was Mr.Edward'sVery nice also Apologize for the wait and I was complaining about the Lack of help And he was on a register Ross need more like ? ? him by the way this Particular Ross was in McDonough Georgia And enjoy your echo to mostly all of them But this particular one What's different A pleasure to shop there”

“This rating is strictly for the technician. My only complaint is he waited until 5pm on the day of service to advise the part was 30 miles away and we needed to reschedule for the next day. Other than that, he correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Sears on the other hand would receive a one star rating.”

“The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of Diamond. She was simply a diamond! She helped me get exactly what I needed for my face and my face has cleared TREMENDOUSLY. She was very knowledgeable about Clinique although she worked in estee lauder. She made my bad experience with a previous employee into a great one. As for the previous employee Rachel, she needs to be fired. She was no help. She talked on her personal phone the entire time and she did not help me. She made the Clinique counter look bad. It left a really bad taste in my mouth. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. I couldn’t even ask her questions because she was too busy on the phone. She didn’t even greet me.”

“Only thing stopping me from giving 5stars is the fact that the system is always down and must of the time tap isn’t working. Other than that I love the new management that this store has now. I have been staying in this area for years and the store has always been a mess up until the last couple months. It’s a lot cleaner now. Staff if very professional and helping. Just wanted to give credit when it’s so because we seem to always give reviews when things are bad but not good…. Keep up the good work guys!!!! And family dollar give these folks a raise. They deal with a lot and deserve it!”

“One of the components of Community is having establishments that cater to the community's specific needs. This Family Dollar does that well. The hospitality is always warm and welcoming. The staff is pretty consistent and it's nice to see the same faces visit after visit. A sign that the employees are being treated fairly. In the past 3 years that I have visited this store regularly, I've never seen the store unkept dirty or overly disorganized. On today's visit an employer went the extra mile and assisted me to the car with my load of items as I'm carrying life and am pretty huge, my mobility has become limited. The employee didn't hesitate when I asked for assistance with my items. Many of the Family Dollar merchant's in urban neighborhoods are highly flawed and discriminative towards their local customers. Not at this Family Dollar!”

“I really enjoy when I go in there very comfortable atmosphere and really good prices. Convenient and close to home. They have a beautiful garden center. Staff and coach does an excellent job at keeping it clean watered. Great customer service everytime I visit. Self checkout is a very busy most of the times. I miss all those cashier's. I prefer to go early before the midday crowds on the weekends. Don't forget Walmart has online deals, if you can't find it in the store then you can go to different locations, plus they has free shipping too. Walmart has everything you need. Groceries, furniture, sporting goods, auto needs, clothing for the whole family, pharmacy, jewelry, household goods, plants, seeds, gardening supplies, pottery, candles, pots, pans, glassware, pets supplies, makeup, bathing supplies, sewing supplies, etc. If you use it Walmart probably has it, and a variety of it. The only draw back at this locations is less stock/options compare to other locations. Good thing is that they have a McDonalds and hair salon inside the store. I definitely recommend shopping here.”

Latoya, she's great, she's always in the aisle working to keep her store Top Notch, and the Store Associates are Friendly. One Thing I recommend, Two More cash registers, or self check out!”
