“This location always have a great selection on women's dresses, including my petite size of xs. I love their purses as well!!! The only caveat, which is extremely unfair to honest people is you have to ring and wait for a sales person to come and select the pricier purses and perfumes and no, you can't shop with it...it will be up front at check-out. Yes, theft unfortunately exists, but I shouldn't be punished for bad actors..really isn't my problem.”
“Customer service is something very important, when your job is to serve customers, today I had a very bad experience with a man who works in refunds, making Amazon returns, his attitude was horrible, but I will not stop expressing the good service I received from the cashier Mrs. Karen, she was very patient and kind, she managed to change my bad experience for an excellent one.. I think they must have more people like her.. who love their work.. Very grateful for Mrs. Karen's service.”
“Today I shopped at the Big Lots located on Candler Rd in Decatur, GA. I purchased Christmas Decorations for my front porch and I was very pleased with the different varieties they offered and the prices were good too. The store Manager named Corey customer service was great. He was very professional and helpful with my order. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends It was Corey's great customer service for me.”

“It is a more affordable outdoor store than REI. Their prices are great. It is truly as if Marshalls or Ross opened an outdoor gear store. Also great prices for pet products. The same quality dog beds that you would find at PetSmart or Petco for over $100, you will find it here for $40 to $50.”
“I usually don’t write reviews on associates but there is this one associate that I absolutely love she helped me pick out my necklace and she’s so sweet I believe her name was Kelsey she has the most beautiful eyes she so sweet I told her I would do a review she helped me and my kid pick out her jewelry for her prom everyone else is kind but they aren’t very helpful thank you Kelsey for your help anytime I shop for jewelry I ONLY WORK WITH HER and only her she really made me and my family happy…. “When the community doesn't care about their neighborhood store I can't expect the dollar store to put some much emphasis on trying to get things right in the store, the neighborhood throw trash on the ground, I've seen the employees picking up trash all around the store, see folks stealing and won't stand up to support their neighborhood dollar store then complain about prices I understand Retail it's crazy”

They were unopened, purchased two days prior and i still had the receipt and another store refused to refund me because they said they don’t do returns on umbrellas or ponchos, which didn’t make any sense to me. I called other stores and they said that was in fact not policy and could do the return and this store was able to complete that return for me so thank you.”

“Joel the manager in Outdoor assisted my with my lawn mower purchase & he went over and beyond providing exceptional service. He answered every question, searched for the mower I wanted & made sure to retrieve a forklift to take down the mower of my choice, as well as helped me with loading it after my purchase. I was also taken to customer service to checkout where Tatiana the cashier provided me with amazing customer service and the utmost respect. I asked to speak with a manager as I was extremely pleased with her & Joel. Then the manager Celina came out & greeted me with the same delightful smile and service that I had already received for Joel and Tatiana! Overall this crew worked together and I'm glad I chose this location, date, & time for my transaction as they really made this a wonderful experience. Thanks again for the great service!
