“Phenomenal customer service! I had an excellent experience at this location. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Emily, Mary, Charles, and Stephen were all incredibly helpful, professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. It’s refreshing to encounter a team that genuinely understands what great customer service looks like. Every person I dealt with made a positive impression. Five stars all the way — and a special thank-you to Emily, Mary, Charles, and Stephen for making this such a great experience! I'll drive 30 minutes (from my home) gladly for this !! Thanks again.”

“Beautiful arrangement! These were for my mother's birthday and she loved them ?. Wendy and Debbie were very patient, knowledgeable, and kind, as they helped me choose the best flowers to customize the bouquet. They also informed me of how to best preserve the flowers, as I needed them delivered a day before. Thank you both!”

“This post is a couple of weeks overdue. I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”

“My husband and I were looking for Italian style terra-cotta planters for our patio and hoped we might find something here having never been. We arrived early around 10:30AM on a Sunday and the garden was locked, we had to go inside and request to enter it but we were very readily greeted and quickly guided over with someone who could open the gate for us. What an incredible selection! And incredibly priced! We immediately found what we were looking for and were concerned because no pricing was available. He called over to his manager and got us an incredible price! We are already making plans to come back and buy more!”

“Our water pipe burst and my husband is fixing it himself. Not only did the manager let us in at 7:55 when they close at 8, the most kind and helpful associate, Mr. JB saw us looking around for a part and helped us find what we needed in the nick of times. Now this is customer service! In a time now where there is so much disconnect between doing good and helping people, we needed this! Thank you so much!”
