“My phone's battery was swelling. I had to decide if I was going to buy another phone from Metro PCS or switch to another company. I decided to pay a visit to this T-Mobile location.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and asked your name to add to a waiting list. I waited maybe 10 minutes and was called. My salesperson was named Quenton. Very nice person. He listened to what I wanted then offered suggestions. Originally, I wanted a Samsung phone that was going to cost me for the phone itself. He showed me the Galaxy S23 FE. It had the space I needed and an upgraded camera from what I had now. I was also able to get a watch.

Everything was going fine until I tried to make a phone call before I left. Turns out my phone number was ported to the watch instead of the phone. Quenton patiently called support and got it worked out. Other staff also helped as well. Even though I was there past closing time on a Friday night, no one displayed being upset about it or treated me in a disrespectful manner. They worked as a team to get it resolved.

I will definitely visit this location again if I need something and also because they had good deals for someone who is switching over. As long as I was able to keep my phone number, I was happy.”

Whenever there has been the slightest issue, they have gotten back to me immediately. This would be the opposite experience of ATT, where a robot or someone in the Philippines is their idea of customer service.”

Their service is personal and professional, prompt and friendly.Uptime has been so good I don't recall a time in the past decade (or longer) there's been downtime. When my company moved to another state years ago, we were nervous about no longer being nearby. They have handled remote service so well including drive swaps, and our concerns evaporated - it's actually been more convenient than sending our tech was.I deal with hosting companies daily on behalf of my clients. I can say with a great deal of confidence that these are good people at a good company. I highly recommend them.”

I HAD to visit the store because my phone screen went out and my replacement was sent to the store for pickup and exchange. It was the best experience. Lexx took care of me quickly, recovered what could be recovered without access to the screen, service was fast, friendly, seamless. AND I left with an Onyx studio upgrade. ??”

“I had an amazing experience at this location while getting my services switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon. First, I felt like I was taken serious as a customer and was treated like royalty. I came in on a Tuesday and spoke with a guy named Tye. I expressed my interest with switching my services over but wasn’t quite ready to do it on the same day. He understood how I felt. I did tell him that I will come back the next day and get the switching process started. He did say that he was off the next day but if I was serious about switching my services then he will set an appointment for me to come see him and he will be there for me on his day off. He even gave me a list of what I needed to bring to ensure the switching process goes smooth, and even gave me his business number if I had any questions. He followed up with me with a phone call on the next day to ensure I was still coming. I get there on a Wednesday afternoon to get everything switched over and let me tell you the entire process went nothing but SMOOTHLY! I feel like I got an amazing deal with my trade-ins and bringing in my own devices. I expressed him my concerns with 2 lines and the possibility of switching them over to Verizon at a later time that day so they won’t experience any service interruptions. When I tell you, Tye went out of his way and went the extra mile. He told me when those 2 lines were ready to get switched over, to call his business number and let him know that they were ready. And I did just that all while being at home. He even followed up with me with a phone call to inform that he did the switching process on the remaining 2 lines and to see if everything went through and if the services were working. I am utterly impressed by his service and his attentiveness to customers. He went out of his way and went the extra mile to ensure that I, as a customer, was happy and satisfied at the end of the day.

If you ever need help, please ask for Tye. He is amazing!”
