“Eddie helped through the whole process of shipping 2 boxes. He was extremely friendly and accommodating from the get go. He kindly allowed us to take the dolly home overnight so that it would be convenient for us to bring it to the UPS store. He assured us that the cost of our shipping would be within our budget. He took extra care that the boxes were taped appropriately. He took the effort of going to the warehouse and getting us the size we needed. He was fantastic all week! He really made our lives easier! “I waited until to see if all my packages and letters reached their destinations from inside Georgia to Indiana and to California. Sent 9 packages/letters and all of them arrived safely.
When looking at post offices in the Atlanta area, I was shocked at how low the ratings were for other locations. Friends recommended I make the trip out to Avondale and I even took the Marta before walking.
So glad I did. Service was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I apologized to both the lady who helped me and the other clients as I had so many things to send. They were all kind and understanding.

“I arrived at the UPS store. It was very busy. There was a lot of about eight people ahead of me while I was standing in line and associate came down the line and greeted everyone. And stated that we would be help shortly and thank us for our patience. I was in the store a total of nine minutes the associate that helped me was polite, helpful, and efficient. This is something that I do not often receive in the area that I live, which is excellent customer service and efficiency as my time is very important as a small business owner.”
“I have had great experiences at this UPS for a variety of things - package drop-off, package shipping, passport photo. The staff are extremely nice and careful and even when I have to wait they do their best to keep the line moving, helping multiple folks at once. My only complaint is how often the UPS trucks block Peachtree Street. Its dangerous for other drivers and bikers and creates the precedent that people can just pull over and block traffic.”

“We have been ordering from Cut Rate for many years under two different businesses. They have always provided the best service that has always been convenient with their delivery option. The box prices are unbeatable so much so that our sister companies in Florida and North Carolina always ask us to throw them some boxes on transfer trucks. The overrun boxes are great for us when shipping customer orders and the standard sizes are also great as they have some nice long boxes we use for items that are 4' plus. It save us and our customers so much money not having to ship thin but long items via freight truck.”

I came into this location on a whim and not only did they stop and drop what was going on to help me, they did it in 15 minutes! Every person on the floor was weighing in and helping, and the manager was stand out superb. “Needed to get a LOT of copies printed for a big event. I didn't have a lot of time and I am generally useless when it comes to detailed work. Ebony, the store employee, could not have been more patient and thorough in terms of how she helped me select the best options.
I had several different documents to print for a big conference. Some double sided, some single sided, some in black and white, some in color. I was worried I would get it wrong but she showed me exactly what to do and everything worked perfectly. Thank you Ebony!”
