“Janet was AMAZING! She helped me at another location and I had been thinking about her. I have major medical challenges and needed to upgrade my phone so my medical devices could connect. She helped me choose the correct phone and everything. I stopped at this location to pay my bill... Welp, guess who came out, JANET! I was tickled! She was so concerned bc the phone was compatible & the app downloaded but I had to upgrade my medical device so they could work together. She was so happy to hear they were working together. The smile on her face was priceless. Hey customer service skills, professionalism and complain are top tier. She was very patient and even gave me a great deal!!
