“I have stopped to get gas at Sam's Club a few times, and always appreciated it.
As a Sam's Club member I have the ability to use the Gas Station, and enjoy that the pricing is usually very cheap compared to competitors. You need to expect a small wait in line, and be ready to park, use your Sam's Card, and quickly pump and leave to keep things going smoothly. Being kind and quick here is a kindness you can do for the others waiting.
Either way, good place to fill up!”

“I have been coming here for awhile. But due to high priced groceries, I started going occasionally to the Kroger right across the street. But yesterday I made a trip back to this Publix where a MANAGER walked right past me twice when I asked for her help. That was after someone behind their customer service counter, could not seem to help. Frustrated at this point, I just grabbed my things and went to check out. A sweet young lady by the name of Ayanna made all the difference in my Publix experience. Management & Customer service needs to take a lesson from this young lady. A sweet smile and a kind hello can make all the difference.”

She found his prescription in the system, checked her inventory and he was able to get another box without any hassle. This may have been a small deed to her, but to me, it was huge! “Publix is traditionally the store that you can count on being clean and well stocked. Yet this store has even more... people who make a difference. Employees/owners who take pride in their work and go the extra mile. They always have a smile and kind word even when you can tell they have worked a long shift. The pharmacist is always professional, caring, with an attention to detail. A couple times has had me take a dose and wait nearby to ensure I do not have an adverse reaction. The fresh fish cabinet is always exemplary the gentleman always ensures my order is complete and offers helpful suggestions on preparation. Chelsie in your deli/bakery section always has a kind word, smile, and remembers my order. I even recall a couple years back Marc Norman changing a customers tire for her on a hot summer day while wearing his white shirt. Employees/owners of this store care about the job they do. Often I have noticed stress on the faces of many (customers included) yet they do their best to add a bit of sunshine to your day. We are all dealing with this crazy world in many ways. It is refreshing to see people who choose to make a positive difference even through job excellence, a smile, and kind word.”

I told him I was just craving some weird stuff since I’m pregnant and wanted to make sure they were open before I drove there. This absolute hero says “what are you craving? I’ll get it for you and meet you outside to run your card.” So I drive up and call back and he brings my groceries and runs my card! I was out of there in less than a minute!! “Tip of the hat today (Memorial Day) to Kroger. As I was checking out this morning, cashier Sandy at the Kroger on Marietta Highway in Canton asked if I had served in the military. I replied that I had. She asked which branch, etc. Then she told me that I would receive a discount today for my service. Quite different from the reception veterans received back in the late '60s and early '70s when military personnel were returning from Vietnam.”

“I had a problem the night before with getting my refill and the guy was rude and said it was filled somewhere else and my insurance wouldn’t allow me to get it, well this morning I called my doctor and she refilled it for me. I drove by to pick it up and I talked to a guy named Jessie, he also said the same thing, BUT he was able to figure out the problem and noticed I had 2 Walgreens account, he got rid of one and fixed everything for me so I could get my medicine. And he couldn’t have been any more kind. Thank you Jessie, you made my day :)”
