“This Publix at Baked Rd in Kennesaw is big and clean and always stocked. I have to make special mention of customer service desk. Specifically Ocoyo (I hope I have his name right). It’s the Asian young man at Customer Service desk. He is so kind, courteous and patient. Very rare you find someone in customer service so pleasant. He made our shopping at Publix a delight.”

“The pharmacy sraff knows its regular cusromers. I get my vaccines there as well. I also shop their store bc their prices beat orher chains most times. The retaill staff is most helpful . They help me find itemse. The make up counter/perfume area is elegant. I also like the music on the sound system when it is on. Plenty of handicapped parking spaces”

“I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years now, and even after moving farther out of town, I still make the trip to pick up my prescriptions because the pharmacist is so kind and helpful. She remembers me and my family, and even asked about my dad, who used to pick up my prescriptions for me 🙂 She also always reminds me about coupons or special offers I’m eligible for, which I really appreciate.
The staff here are always polite and move at a speedy pace, so I’m rarely stuck waiting in line. If there is a wait, it’s usually because a customer has a lot of questions or have more complex refills, not because of the pharmacy or staff.
Because a previous reviewer said they don't call back, I want to add that I've always gotten a call back when I leave messages, and every single time, whatever my question or request was, it was addressed within minutes.
I also love the convenience of this CVS being inside Target; it makes it easy to get my shopping done and pick up prescriptions in one stop.
Overall, this pharmacy is amazing and definitely worth switching to if you’re in the Kennesaw area. Barrett Parkway is always busy and convenient, so it’s nice to have a great CVS like this one to drop by while you’re out running errands.”
“I just switched to this pharmacy because it’s closer to me and the Kroger i used to go to they were so unhelpful and disregarded any concerns i had with my meds, but this pharmacy has been great so far even after my first time using them. Megan the girl who works there is very kind and helpful and didn’t make me feel crazy when i told her about an issue i had been having with my medication.”
“I needed my RX ordered from a certain manufacturer and my old Publix pharmacy was not willing to do that anymore. I reached out to Costco and from the very first phone call, they were very understanding and willing to help. The prices are great, and pickup has been easy, but the most important thing to me has been the way the staff has gone above and beyond to be helpful in this situation. THANK YOU!”

“Dr. Bell and the initial nurse that I saw today (I forgot her name unfortunately) were both amazing, friendly, and kind. I highly recommend making an appointment in advance online because it makes the check in process super easy over the phone, but you can also check in on their kiosk if you’re doing a walk-in visit. My appointment was at 9:50 and I was seen by the doctor, given my necessary information, and had my prescriptions in hand by 10:50 since I just picked them up in the CVS pharmacy there. The minute clinic was timely, friendly, and met all my needs. I even scheduled a yearly well checkup because they noticed I hadn’t seen my pcp in a bit and they said they can do primary care there.”

“This Publix has been conveniently located many years on my way to work and back home. It's a clean store and the staff members are always willing to help. It must be a great place to work since some of the employees have been there longer than forever. The bakery department is the best. However, Publix has a great selection of grocery items as well as magazines, beauty supplies, produce, flowers, wines, and then some. The only problem is their pricing. Publix is really expensive! Unless I'm in a desperate need of something, I usually shop there only for a few items or fresh bread and pastry. Sometimes when they have buy one get one free sale, it's a great time to save money.”

“I have been a client here for a few years. They provide excellent customer service and very efficient especially my pharmacist Brad. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his patient. I can go to him with very personal questions and he is very easy to talk with and very personable, it’s almost like having a conversation with your friend. He is a huge asset to the company and I’m very grateful for his professionalism.”

“Ariel is a GEM! I’ve been going here for years and no one ever treats me like a human being, Aside from a select few. She went above and beyond to run a discount card for me since my insurance lapsed. I’m not a wealthy person and it was refreshing to see that level of kindness, when i didn’t even ask. She deserves a raise and a promotion! I have serval qualms with some of the pharmacists who treat me like an addict due to the nature of my medication, when that couldn’t be further from the truth. Ariel single handedly restored my faith in human beings and showed me that some people do care, and don’t judge. She’s the sole reason I’ll remain at this pharmacy. Keep up the good work Ariel!”

“The Kennesaw store is open 24 hours, though the pharmacy is open 14 hours each weekday. Staff is attentive, though rushed due to perceived understaffing at high traffic times. I generally find what I want, though CVS doesn't follow all its name princples as well as in earlier years. It's still convenient and give good service, but value is no longer the strongest of its name mission: Convenience, Value, and Service.”
