“This Publix at Baked Rd in Kennesaw is big and clean and always stocked. I have to make special mention of customer service desk. Specifically Ocoyo (I hope I have his name right). It’s the Asian young man at Customer Service desk. He is so kind, courteous and patient. Very rare you find someone in customer service so pleasant. He made our shopping at Publix a delight.”

“My family has been shopping at the Publix on Bell’s Ferry Road (Orchard Square) for 26 years. The personal, including the customer service, cashiers, pharmacist and pharmacy techs are the best! We have never had any issues that was not handled promptly and without question. We’ve always been able to find the products we needed. While most other stores no longer offer to help carry out the groceries, Publix still has this convenience. We love this store! Thank you Publix for the best customer service!”
“I just switched to this pharmacy because it’s closer to me and the Kroger i used to go to they were so unhelpful and disregarded any concerns i had with my meds, but this pharmacy has been great so far even after my first time using them. Megan the girl who works there is very kind and helpful and didn’t make me feel crazy when i told her about an issue i had been having with my medication.”

“This Publix has been conveniently located many years on my way to work and back home. It's a clean store and the staff members are always willing to help. It must be a great place to work since some of the employees have been there longer than forever. The bakery department is the best. However, Publix has a great selection of grocery items as well as magazines, beauty supplies, produce, flowers, wines, and then some. The only problem is their pricing. Publix is really expensive! Unless I'm in a desperate need of something, I usually shop there only for a few items or fresh bread and pastry. Sometimes when they have buy one get one free sale, it's a great time to save money.”
“This Kroger location is staffed by young people who are helpful and give attention to customer service. Front end help is the best at self checkout. The guy who's always up is great at his job. When I choose to go to this store instead of Publix it's because I know that he will get folks through the lines. We'll managed store. Clean, good selection and prices.”

“Dr. Bell and the initial nurse that I saw today (I forgot her name unfortunately) were both amazing, friendly, and kind. I highly recommend making an appointment in advance online because it makes the check in process super easy over the phone, but you can also check in on their kiosk if you’re doing a walk-in visit. My appointment was at 9:50 and I was seen by the doctor, given my necessary information, and had my prescriptions in hand by 10:50 since I just picked them up in the CVS pharmacy there. The minute clinic was timely, friendly, and met all my needs. I even scheduled a yearly well checkup because they noticed I hadn’t seen my pcp in a bit and they said they can do primary care there.”

“Writing this review after getting new insurance and not being able to go here anymore, wanted to give a shout out to Jacob for being such a positive and helpful figure any time I needed any help whatsoever and being such a kind person at every moment.”
“Some Sale items confusing (example Northern toilet paper--sign posted under item reads $5.99 -$1.00=$4.99 ). When I get home and review my receipt. I find that I paid $5.99. $ 6.99-$1.00. I was about to return to store but reviewed weekly ad again and saw that $ 4.99 was the price if I purchased 4 particular items. A week or so earlier, I had a similar experience with a pint of strawberries. The sign under the berries read $1.99. I purchased 2 pints, only to discover later that I paid $3.29 each. I also purchased flour tortillas that day. There was no price/rather I didn't see a sign. I forgot to watch the register during check out. The package had 8 tortillas in it and the price was about $5. I spent $94 @Kroger that day. About 2 weeks earlier, I spent over$100, at Kroger . Currently, I spend about $300 per/mo. at Kroger. Over 20 years, I have shopped Kroger when there are 3 Publixs, nearby. I am troubled and wondering is it time to change grocery stores.

“Ariel is a GEM! I’ve been going here for years and no one ever treats me like a human being, Aside from a select few. She went above and beyond to run a discount card for me since my insurance lapsed. I’m not a wealthy person and it was refreshing to see that level of kindness, when i didn’t even ask. She deserves a raise and a promotion! I have serval qualms with some of the pharmacists who treat me like an addict due to the nature of my medication, when that couldn’t be further from the truth. Ariel single handedly restored my faith in human beings and showed me that some people do care, and don’t judge. She’s the sole reason I’ll remain at this pharmacy. Keep up the good work Ariel!”
