“I love Cherokee Custom Scripts because they are fast, easy to deal with, and great with communication. It also helps that everyone's very friendly. I wish all pharmacies were this pleasant to visit!”
“I am a 42-year-old female who had a hysterectomy 2years ago and struggled significantly with hormone imbalance. , I was placed on synthetic hormones in September of 2025 for just two weeks and experienced severe side effects—confusion, disorientation, brain fog, hot flashes, and even stroke-like symptoms. It was frightening, and I felt completely lost. After being referred to a hormone specialist by my my primary care is due to having side effects. I wasn’t able to find a specialist that had available appointment. Everyone that I called 6-8 months out. I knew it was not myself. I eventually found Town Lake Pharmacy—and that’s where everything changed. Julius and Dr. Coleman have truly been lifesavers. They took the time to listen to my history and started me on a very low-dose hormone replacement plan. Even then, I experienced some familiar symptoms, so instead of pushing higher doses, they carefully adjusted my treatment and respected what my body could tolerate. At one point, Julius recommended an environmental detox. I’ll be honest—I was skeptical at first. But I followed through with clean eating, eliminating fragranced products, and supporting my body with a liver cleanse for about six weeks. After that, I was able to gradually increase my hormone doses, including troche and testosterone, and my body tolerated it much better. Since October, I have continued improving, and I finally feel like myself again. My weight is steady fluctuates very little. I am very active and I occasionally still do a detox . What sets this pharmacy apart is their personalized care, patience, and willingness to think outside the box. They don’t rush the process—they truly partner with you to find what works for your body. I highly recommend Town Lake Pharmacy to any woman struggling with hormone imbalance, especially if you’ve had a difficult experience like I did. They gave me my quality of life back.”
“This Publix at Baked Rd in Kennesaw is big and clean and always stocked. I have to make special mention of customer service desk. Specifically Ocoyo (I hope I have his name right). It’s the Asian young man at Customer Service desk. He is so kind, courteous and patient. Very rare you find someone in customer service so pleasant. He made our shopping at Publix a delight.”
“I have stopped to get gas at Sam's Club a few times, and always appreciated it. As a Sam's Club member I have the ability to use the Gas Station, and enjoy that the pricing is usually very cheap compared to competitors. You need to expect a small wait in line, and be ready to park, use your Sam's Card, and quickly pump and leave to keep things going smoothly. Being kind and quick here is a kindness you can do for the others waiting. Either way, good place to fill up!”
“I will gladly pay a little more for the friendly and helpful employees at Publix. Shopping is truly a pleasure at Publix unlike the nearby Kroger which is a step above a Saturday only flea market.”
“I had a bunch of groceries in my hand and my shoelace was untied. An employee saw me struggling and she got down on her knees and tied my shoelace! I told her she didnt need to do that but did They offer rain checks and also if it scans wrong, its yours Been my local publix since 2011. Corteous people, mostly shocked all the time and they even carry a small section where I can her hispanic stuff. Im glad they got rid of the mexican food asile sign because not all hispanic food is mexican. ??♀️”
“I ordered a cake for my mom to help her out for my 5 year old brother's party today. Mom went to the Publix to pick up the meal and cake. The Deli customer service was 5 star. The Bakery Manager ability to rectify the situation is a 5 star. The cake online looks good and professional. Being that mom worked in the bakery and talks so highly of the skills, I ordered a Black Panther Warrior Cake. This cake looks very in unprofessional. The bakery manager was great to Mom and offered to completely remake the cake. We just didn't have time to do it over. He gave a discount. Mom brought the cake home. Everyone at the party complained of the cake. It tasted bitter and like hand sanitizer. You be the judge ..... I know Publix could've done better. I also uploaded the picture of what mom expected the cake to look like with the last two pictures, and what we received with the first set of pics. We returned the cake and bought cupcakes. The Bakery Decorator gets 1 stars for effort. If you're not able to do something, Be Honest! The bakery manager was pleasant and willing to make it right. I wish we had more time for him to remake the cake. Mom told me how pleasant and helpful he was. Thank you Sir! I hope the next cake order is better than this one.”
“There is a worker named Sam back in the meat section of this Sam’s Club that is phenomenal. She has great energy, a great attitude great work ethic, and was extremely helpful. This girl deserves a raise!!!! Thank you so much sam!!!!! You made my experience and Sam’s club 5 stars and you are the reason I’ll be shopping here instead of Costco from now on. PLEASE GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!”
“It's such an amazing atmosphere! Every single shopping trip I've had here has been A-1! Great employees! Amazing fruit and meat selections!! Ahh, the fresh subs, and let's not forget about that PUBLIX FRIED CHICKEN!! OMG, DELICIOUS, crunchy and fresh!!! Favorite ?”
“Hickory Drug is the best around. Kind, caring folks who are always willing to help. Ditch the corporate pharmacy bloat and get a provider that cares and is willing to help, AKA this place.”
“I have always had excellent customer service at this Publix as well as this Publix Pharmacy, which is extremely important to me, especially when you are not feeling well and having been in the customer service industry for 25+ years! Thank you to this Publix for really making the effort!”
“Sarah is the best pharmacist I have ever had. She is professional, caring, knowledgeable, experienced, and customer friendly. She is an emissary, ambassador, and liaison to Publix Pharmacy and I am extremely sorry to see that she was apparently transferred to another location which unfortunately is too far for me to travel in order to get my prescriptions filled. Sarah should be cloned. Publix and Publix clients are blessed to have her. Frank Young”
“Smart, efficient, and great customer service! I truly miss them. I had to find out the hard way, not all Kroger Pharmacies are the same. Wish I would’ve reviewed them sooner but actually took our interactions for granted.”
“This is the best pharmacy! Everyone is always so helpful and kind. The pharmacist always takes the time to answer any questions I have and has checked that a new prescription wouldn't interact with my other prescriptions. A previous pharmacy I went to always acted like the customers were an inconvenience. Having a good pharmacy that you trust is so valuable and rare today. Even though we moved further away from Pharmoore, we still use this pharmacy because it is worth the drive.”
“i've been coming here for years and years, and i am always grateful for the pharmacists and pharm techs. michael, nancy, and lee always greet me with a smile and they're quick. michael makes the experience a highlight of my day.”
“This is a great pharmacy! prescription turnaround time is excellent and always receive timely text notifications when prescription is ready. Team member knows my name when I come in.”
“My family has been shopping at the Publix on Bell’s Ferry Road (Orchard Square) for 26 years. The personal, including the customer service, cashiers, pharmacist and pharmacy techs are the best! We have never had any issues that was not handled promptly and without question. We’ve always been able to find the products we needed. While most other stores no longer offer to help carry out the groceries, Publix still has this convenience. We love this store! Thank you Publix for the best customer service!”
“The people who work in this Sam's Club Pharmacy have always been pleasant, helpful with answering questions or with suggestions to save money on refills, and I've never had a bad experience. I'm not even a Sam's Club member, but one of my prescriptions is still cheaper here than anywhere else, even without the membership!”
“I have been using this pharmacy for my family probably 2 yrs now and have never had any negative experience. So thankful for all their help and amazing customer service!”
“This family run pharmacy id exceptional. I recently had surgery and was not able to drive. My essential meds were delivered. What great service. “Since moving here to the area in 2018, this has been my primary pharmacy. I have to say I’ve never had anything but an exceptional experience every time. They work incredibly hard and always do so with a smile. Thank you, Walmart Pharmacy!”
“A big shout out to Assistant Pharmacy Manager Aram who, in the two years she has been here, always has a smile on her face no matter how busy the pharmacy is and goes the extra mile to help customers. Pharmacy Manager Felicia who has been here many years epitomizes the gold standard for a pharmacist and now we have another gold standard pharmacist with Aram.”
“This pharmacy is awesome. I switched to them from Walgreens about 6 months ago. And I couldn’t be happier. They treat you and every customer like family. They pay attention and never seem frustrated when they are busy. They are still polite. You do not feel like a number. The only downside is their hours. But even with that it is worth changing from big corporate pharmacy to them”
“Favorite Kroger location ever. Ray is the friendliest and most helpful person that you will ever meet. The store manager will come up to you and make you sure you are aware of any specials in the department you are in. A++”
“Great service! Russell was so kind and helpful! Air pressure light was on, he was so willing to help regardless to adding air to tires being a free service. He could've been dismissive but he wasn't. Very kind, and even explained what he was doing. I'll be back to get service”
“I enjoy wholesale clubs much more than regular grocery stores. Sam's always has what I need & I can get bulk items for decent prices & in turn I don't have to go to the store multiple times a month which is nice.”

They’re always very willing to help me or anyone else in there I love to listen to all of the workers greet people and ask them if they need any help I’ve been coming in there for about five years now because I work next-door and Traci goes way up and beyond to help anyone that’s in that store as I’m shopping around even if I don’t see her and she doesn’t see me I can hear her speaking to customers and she’s always so kind to each one of them.”
