“Ms. Debbie Anglin, Manager of the Busbee Pkwy, Kennesaw property, never ceases to.amaze me! I got to my unit on September 12 and couldn't get the unit door to open. I tried everything, but it didn't budge. I decided to go to the office and seek help. Ms. Anglin was there, and she followed me to the unit. She told.me some items were blocking the door from opening. To my surpeise, she got on her back and slid her foot through the little opening to push the items in. We got the door open, and she stayed to help me reposition the items to ensure the door won't be stuck again. She even got a cramp in her leg while pushing the stuff in! And she kept a great attitude through it all. I truly appreciate her!!! Thank you, Ms. Anglin. God bless you mightily!!! You are awesome.”
“I got there almost 5 minutes after closing on a Saturday. The guy was actually getting in his car to go home. But he opened back up for me and was super friendly and helpful and rented me a locker in no time. He explained everything and it was very easy. The facility is super clean and organized and very secure. Highly recommend.
Follow up to that. I needed to get a bigger one later and Samantha was super helpful and actually talked me into the right size rather than try to sell me something I didn’t need. Great company great people.”

“This place is amazing other than the “climate controlled” environment is even hotter than it is outside ? there is no air flow at all. You feel like you are suffocating while in your unit. I’m dying to get back outside to the Georgia heat. Even that is better than how hot and muggy and suffocating it is in the buildings EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. But the management is amazing, it’s very clean and they are easy going. Just too hot. I’d rather my unit be outside somewhere. It’s horrible.”

She offered to adjust my rates to a more competitive level and locked them in for a year. Marci was incredibly helpful, patient, and clear. Later, I needed further clarification, and Chase was equally professional and thorough. Both took the time to walk me through everything and truly showed care in easing my frustration and saving me money. With that level of customer service, I’d highly recommend this place time and again!”
