“Rented here for about half a year. No major issues. Easy to start and easy to stop. The units aren’t exact measurements but it’s disclosed and you can look at the exact unit before renting. I also had no issues using my own insurance policy. The office was responsive with any questions.”

Craig is kind. I spent all day organizing my beautiful space. After many hours, he stopped by to ensure I was OK. I was grateful!”
“I rented a uhaul through compass and the previous renter had not returned the truck yet. Compass was quick and efficient in tracking down the truck and it only took 15 minutes. To he fair to the renter, you could tell they were exhausted from moving. All around compass friendly.nature made the experience enjoyable nonetheless.”
“Acworth Storage has been a nice surprise. I needed somewhere that was climate controlled, had easy access, was close to my home and reasonably priced. I found all of that and it is very clean — no bugs or rodents, the owners were helpful and nice, and I felt safe every time I went to my unit. The hours were great. Vince worked with me on the first rent. If I ever need more space again, I will definitely go to Acworth Storage on Hickory Grove Rd in Acworth, GA. It's a good deal. You can find and reserve what you need on their user-friendly website, but you don't have to. Their whole operation is personal and user-friendly. Thanks, Twyla Bogaard”

“First off, the property was clean and well maintained, that's rare with a facility that allows parking.
Was greeted by the manager Marlena. She was very pleasant, funny and knowledgeable.
I wanted a small unit but after talking with Marlena, she offered to show me different sizes. She offered to take me on a tour of the property to see an actual size difference. Glad she did because there was no way my belongings were going to fit in the storage I had in mind. Was a great experience overall and hope to stay a while. Marlena made it really easy.”
