“Sarah was a Rockstar. She was so nice and made me feel welcome. She made the U-haul renting process very easy. If I ever need to rent a U-haul again it will be with her.”

“I've been a customer for years now and moved my things from outside to climate control. Great prices and kudos to Christopher who helped me out with moving a tub that was just too heavy for me. That is the second time that an office person helped me out, without pause. Excellent pricing and great, friendly service. 🤗”

“We have been renting this unit for probably 20 years. We started with Firehouse storage in 2022. One of my concerns for storing my furniture was that the area be dry. It has always been dry and it's close to home so it's very convenient. Thank you for your service and be blessed”

“Michelle was very kind and professional; she resolved my problem quickly. Most importantly, she promised that the price wouldn't change for at least six months, which was crucial for me because other storage providers often double their rates unexpectedly and exorbitantly.”

“This family is great. I spoke with Brad primarily and he couldn’t be any easier to work with. I called around to all the local lots in the area and they had the fairest pricing and was the most reasonable to deal with. I will use them again for sure.”

“I’ve been with this storage facility for several years, and recently, I had a concern about my rates. I reached out and spoke with Marci, who went above and beyond to help. She offered to adjust my rates to a more competitive level and locked them in for a year. Marci was incredibly helpful, patient, and clear. Later, I needed further clarification, and Chase was equally professional and thorough. Both took the time to walk me through everything and truly showed care in easing my frustration and saving me money. With that level of customer service, I’d highly recommend this place time and again!”

“We have been RV tenants for over 3 years at Park-A-Toy and are very happy there. They have great security and customer service! We have been RV storage customers for over 20 years and this storage is the best. We left our last lot when catalytic converters were being ripped out of RVs. The owner lives on the property and is concerned about the service he gives the tenants.”

“We needed a storage unit to move our 1984 SeaRay Seville boat from Lake Lanier to Lake Allatoona but couldn't find any storage facilities with a 10x30 unit with a wide enough door to get the trailer through. Paul and Stephanie were accommodating to designate a unit same-day when I called in, let me see it, and then move in the next week. The billing was straight forward and all signing and transactions were completed electronically. I will happily refer them to any of my local contacts.”
