“This place is great. Clean, access hours are great. Plenty of carts to use. I moved from one unit to another due to downsizing. Heather in the office was fantastic. She helped me solve a problem, got me a great room close to my old one, and made the paperwork very easy to finish up. Heather was professional, smart, and just all around cool to work with!”

“Stop by this public storage inquiry about a storage unit . Carla was in the office and she assisted me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about pricing and what it takes to get a 5x10 unit. I definitely will be getting a 5x10 unit next week. A+++++++++++ customer service
Update: went back to public storage and got a storage unit. Once again Carla was in the office and was so pleasant and very knowledgeable about the rate I would be paying. 5 stars for Carla!!!”
“We were walk in’s and the perfect timing for the size unit we needed. Last one! Scott (the manager) was so helpful and informative. Explained the process of accessing the building and this is one of the cleanest places we have visited.”

“100% recommend storing your rv or boat with FG! Extremely professional, even helped charge the rv battery when it died, and always remembers my name. Very safe place (double locked after hours and on weekends). Has more than 1 lot option as well! Give him a call, you won't regret it.”
“Thank you so much Clark and Sandy for ALL of your help and understanding after all this time my mom has had her storage with you. I highly recommend this place they care and I very much appreciate them in many ways! God bless!”
“I've had multiple storage units with Dixie for about 3 or more years now. I started with 2 small ones and switched over to a bigger one once available. Boyd has ALWAYS been wonderful and I don't have one complaint. They are the best priced storage units you can find.”
“We priced several other local storage facilities and found the best price for our needs here. Amanda has always been very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!”
“I came to this location to get a new hitch put on my truck and the wiring done. I provided the hitch but had no hardware. Larcell J. Took care of it and did a beautiful job. He is a professional”

“This is my second review on this place , I have been coming here for years and still will. They are doing some renovations which were really much needed . I believe they do listen and pay attention to customer feedback. My experiences have always been pleasant there is always someone checking the trash and the machines .They have fixed the Matt holders , hoses, removed non working items fixed vacuums etc I like the addition of dryer service . I am not concerned with how much I spend because I take my time my car is always spotless and I never spend over 15. & I’m excited for the pet wash ! This will be awesome to try since the ones I got to are a bit far !”

“Moving is almost always chaotic, so when you can get some reprieve from the chaos it stands out.
My experience with Extra Space Storage has been amazing so far. From the reservation process to the pre-move communication- everything has been great. Stephen and Greg have both been incredibly efficient and kind. I’m looking forward to this storage experience.”
