That tells me that this is a store with good leadership. Damn the extra expense, this is how you treat laborers, who will, in turn, treat customers in kind: with respect.”

I'm grateful for the convenience of the store. Almost everything you'd want and expect from a traditional hardware store. Ace products are of excellent quality along with the many higher quality manufacturers and suppliers they carry and represent.”

““Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man” was playing in my head when I walked in here. A young guy named Joseph took his time and helped me find the exact Right exterior outlet from my home so I can attach Christmas lights and Halloween decorations to it. He knew that this was my first time attempting this so he really talked to me about what to do and the safety factors It worked perfectly and I’m so grateful because I’ve come to the store before and everyone is always helpful I go here before ever going to Home Depot Great vibe here and I will be back Mr. Cameron Kelpsa Peachtree corners”
“The people at this store are very friendly and helpful. They have alot of items that I have not been able to find at other stores. I like that you are greated when you enter and when you tell them what you are looking for they take you right to it or if you just want to just look around you can do that too. I especially like their canning section. Also, if they have sold out of an item, such as a sale item, they reorder quickly and you can have the item in a few days. I would definitely recommend this store.”
“I was in search of new hardware for my master bathroom and a friend suggested I try Suwanee Decorative Hardware. I made an appointment with Faith and she listened to what type of style and color I was looking for. I showed her the light fixtures and mirrors I was using and she said she had the perfect hardware to complement them. Great customer service and great selection. “Our remodel looks amazing!!! A huge shout out to TJ!! He went above and beyond so many time for us. We originally ordered and flooring on phone with some lady we ordered the 22 mill flooring, she had us down for 2200 sf 7 mil at the price of 22 mil. with 18 pieces of something we didn’t need at $36 ea, etc. TJ caught these errors and corrected them. He also helped us get our appliances ordered because the lady was super busy in that department. when our flooring order was delivered things were missing, he followed up and got that taken care of for us. He’s so calm, professional, and the most understanding employee ever!!! 10 starts to him!!!! we honestly believe this renovation will be in a total disaster had we not found HIM in the store that evening.”

“A bit tight in the back ( if you have an over the road truck and 53 footer, you might wanna back in into their receiving area from the road, and make sure you go to the back of the place by making a left or right turn on Skyland Ct, not the front of the place ), but unloading was fast ( 30 minutes ) once I was in the door. Thank you.”
“North Atlantas best source for exterior building cleaning detergents and supplies. Also my go-to regionally for exterior wood brighteners, cleaners, and restoration products. Their Sodium Hyperchlorite is fire hot / fresh delivered to them weekly. None of that 2 yr old pool chlorine like you might think is adequate from big box stores (probably 7% after degredation / shelf life). Ga Chem serves up 12% as fresh as it gets.”
“I needed to ignite my water heater pilot, but the ignitor broke off. When I arrived, I found out I forgot my wallet. It was a 4 dollar product. I was about to drive back to grab my wallet. The staff told me don't worry about it and paid for it himself. From then on I got my plumbing supply exclusively there. This is the kind of mom and pop shop that serves the locals the best.”

“I am a novice Carpenter & just purchased my first Table Saw. Woodworking is expensive but so rewarding creating something with your own two hands. I purchased a crosscut sled off Amazon but sold by Peachtree. I looked at the purchase as an investment & I am glad I did. Sadly only after using it to create two projects it sustained water damage due to an inferior cover. I emailed Peachtree Woodworking Supply & got a very understanding customer service rep. I purchased a back fence to replace my damaged one for a very reasonable price & they shipped it the same day. I would not think twice about purchasing anything from them. They have great products & an even better customer service. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars.”

“Excellent customer service here! I bought a tank of Argon to begin self-teaching myself how to MIG weld Aluminum. The gentleman working the front counter asked a few questions to make sure I was on the right track with what I wanted to do. “They’ve changed the sign out in front! They are no longer Kentec Tools as they are now SouthernCarlson. The store front gives very little clue that inside are lots of Woodworking tools and supplies. I’ve been a periodic customer for the past 20 years.”
