I was greeted warmly, the gentleman took time to watch my stride, measure my feet, used the machine to show me how I put pressure on my feet. “I initially called on Saturday to find out their closing time and had other questions..I ended up speaking with Connor. He was incredibly helpful. I let him know I’d be coming in on Monday, and he was just as friendly over the phone as everyone was in person when I finally visited yesterday.
When I arrived, the whole team was warm and welcoming. Ellen assisted me with trying on shoes. I am brand new to tennis and I am also very indecisive but she was so patient and made the process easy and enjoyable. With her help, I found the perfect pair. Cory also guided me in choosing a beginner friendly racket, which I really appreciated. And I can’t forget Abby the dog such a sweet bonus!

“ZOMBIE HUNT!!! We just returned from the most fun our family has had in awhile! You sit on a long bench on a trailer with a paintball gun and they pull you along while you shoot zombies coming out of the forest! It is exactly as much fun as it sounds! Plus the staff is so friendly and there are PLENTY of paintballs to go around for your trigger happy young ones! You can do target practice while you wait or just warm up by the fire and hang out with the crew. We are new to the area and just found a new Halloween tradition! Probably going to go again next week with grandma!”

“This is the best running shoe store on the planet, I’m convinced. Honestly I have been a nightmare to find a good fit for (difficult feet that are very different shapes/sizes) that will accommodate a litany of old injuries and health issues. Darby has been along for the entire rollercoaster ride and Taylor has been a huge help too. I live over an hour away in rural northeast Georgia and it is so well worth the trip. My husband and his mom have always run a lot and they swear by fleet feet and I am the same way now. I will never buy running shoes anywhere else, period. And this is my store location of choice 1000% hands down.”
“Overall, we had a great experience with superior play system. The product is of good quality. The only issue we are having is, we were not aware that the yellow slide attracts so many gnats. When you wipe off the slide within one minute, it is completely covered again. My kids love the place system, but will not go down the slide due to this issue. Our previous play system had a blue slide, and we never had this issue at all. If I could go back, I would pick one with a green slide and never have purchased this one.”
“This is about Russ. This guy is the coolest most caring salesman I’ve met in a long time. I went to this store a week ago while I was almost sure I’m gonna buy a brand new Spirit treadmill elsewhere but just to check out what they have. Russ was so informative, friendly and trustworthy that he gave me so much insight about treadmills, right shoes and other useful knowledge in general. I liked him very much but decided to just give him a good review and buy somewhere else. Well, that’s not what happened. Matrix treadmills and their high build quality were so tempting that although they were out of my budget range, I went back there and man, he did everything he could to find me a great deal from their pre-owned inventory. “Went here the Thursday before the 2024 Chattanooga Ironman to get some bike shoes and a kit. I had never trained so I was a bit nervous and didnt know anything. “I wish I could give 6 stars for the customer service experience I had yesterday. It was late in the day on Labor Day and I had a flat bike tire that I needed fixed. Erik in the bike shop jumped into action, diagnosed the issue, explained what happened, and replaced my tube within a few minutes. All for a very reasonable price. While Erik worked on my tire, Liz answered several questions about the store’s sales, and told me about upcoming events. A great customer experience.”
