She was courteous, attentive and beyond helpful settling my debit card dispute and assisting with my credit card application process. She did an amazing job displaying customer service skills and was so sociable and relatable while doing it!”

“I have banked at this Chase branch for many years since it opened. Have always received great customer service and help when I needed it. This location is perfect for me. Sometimes I had to wait for someone to help me for few minutes, but the customer service has always been nice. I learned to use their automated systems and depositing or withdrawing money usually goes fast. Only downside is that they cannot dispense coins or sell you foreign currency at this branch. But it's OK.”
