“Natalia was amazing! This was my first time doing a gait test and buying shoes specifically for running as a new runner. Natalia was warm, friendly, and knowledgable. She explained what she saw in the scanner and the video footage and how I would benefit from specific shoes and insoles. I did not feel like I was being pressured to buy a specific shoe, or more expensive shoes.
Overrall it was an incredible shopping experience and it made me excited to keep on my beginner runner journey.

“I purchased a Nike drawstring bag and Men's size 13 Nike Air Slides to make my 15 year old son an Easter bag not basket! He was so Happy even though he knew the real reason for Easter. Shoe Carnival is the best. I ordered 2 or 3 days before the holiday. I picked up the bag at the Kennesaw location, I arrived 2 minutes before they closed. Still good customer service. Also the shoes had to be shipped. The shoes was delivered on time! Keep up the great work Shoe Carnival!”
“I visited Vans in search of shoes. Cale was a great help. He explained about the variety of shoes and helped me pick out a pair. There was a Buy One Get One half off sale, so he helped me pick out another pair. Customer service is rare these days. Cale is exceptional!”
“Staff was pretty knowledgeable. If you're looking for smaller sizes, no problem. I wear a size 11 and my husband size 13, those are normally not in stock. The staff are quick to let you know that it can be ordered online and shipped to your house for the same price that the store is selling it for. Which is great, but you no have to wait 4 to 5 days to get them.”

“Forget Sally's, lol. This place always has everything that I need. If I go to another beauty supply store and they don't have what I'm looking for -- guess who does? Sarah's! If I can't locate which aisle a product is on, the workers will quickly show me. I've noticed that certain things they carry on their shelves are sometimes a dollar or two more than other beauty supply stores, but I usually just buy it anyways from Sarah's because I'm paying for the convenience because I don't feel like driving all over Cobb County, just to save a couple of bucks. Lol.”

Every time I come in the store, I am greeted with beautiful warm smiles. Everyone makes me feel welcome and if I have any questions they really help me. I lost something that was extremely valuable and important. I am grateful that Trinity found it. I was able to retrieve it the next day. I would definitely recommend this location.”

“I came in to get my husband a pair of shoes for his birthday. The staff seemed to have their hands full with all the other customers that were in the store as well. There was this lady who was giving the managers a hard time as it seemed like she was very frustrated about her shoes. The one manager Yanice handled the situation very professionally and didn’t raise her voice or get visibly upset when this lady was yelling in her face. She called customer service and I’m assuming told them what was going on, and after she hung up let the lady know that she was getting a replacement shoe. The whole time while she was getting screamed at by this customer with a horrible attitude she had a very understanding attitude and was very helpful. After the customer left and it was my turn to check out out, she said “thank you so much for your patience. I really appreciate it” with a smile and it made me believe that not all retail workers have a chip on their shoulder!!”
