“I came to view a 3 bedroom apartment and a girl named Mildred was super nice with me!? The apartment was so spacious and to add to it, I could see Stone Mountain from the patio. It was beautiful. The property looks clean and well maintained. It seems like a quiet and comfortable place to live.”

I particularly loved the one bedroom the spacious floor plan, The kitchen was stunning, The overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, The location is also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and numerous dining options.”

“Been living at the reserve twin oaks since 2015 and I have absolutely love my decade of living here. Property is always clean and maintenance is always responsive. the manager Jamie is also very responsive and makes time to speak with me no matter what it is. “The team at sugarloaf summit has been amazing!! Katura and Stephanie picked up when Gabby wasn’t available to ensure that everything continued seamlessly. Gabby went above and beyond to see that my application was completed from start to finish. I felt welcomed and right at home from the minute I walked through the door and met Gabby. ““Update”: I would like to give a special thanks to the maintenance guys, Steven and Chris for the incredible work they’re doing. Maintaining approx 180+ units almost daily. I walk to my work daily, and these guys are always on the move. There’s never a time I see them sitting. 180+ units is a huge work load, and in summer it’s even crazier. Nevertheless, my family I and really really appreciate you guys. Thank you both ? and Thanks to Sarah and Glendy always for their friendly customer service.

Some unaccounted for surprises presented themselves a few days prior to my family's move in. These surprises would have changed everything. Tara, the *PHENOMENAL* Community Manager, is really passionate about her community and residents, and you can see how her commitment and dedication inspires the community and sets the example for the team! Tara takes pride in her work, knows her residents by name (including the fur babies ?), and is so fashionable, prompt, and professional. Noelia, the Assistant Manager, is such a wonderful complement and direct support to Tara’s management as she is so communicative and thorough. I love that she, too, is dedicated and has passion in her line of work. I felt sooooooo at peace when interacting with The Maddox team. Everyone was informative, responsive, and accommodating. The Leasing Specialists were very pleasant to engage with as well. The Maintenance Gentlemen were always hard at work taking great care of the residents and property. ? A considerate, respectful, proactive, and consistent team is always a welcome blessing. The Maddox is a beautiful community with even more beautiful people working diligently and thoughtfully to make it a great place to call home. ? “I’ve been a resident at Gateway at Cedar Brook for the last five years, and I recently transferred to a new unit this past Saturday. From beginning to end, Ms. Darlene( Community manager ) made the entire transition incredibly smooth and stress-free.
She is calm, patient, and always willing to help, no matter how many questions you have. Darlene walked me through every step of the process, made sure I had everything I needed, and followed up to ensure the move went well. Her professionalism and warm personality truly make a difference in this community.

“Today, I visited Arcadia Decatur Apartments today via a Zillow.com search to request a Tour of their complex for we're possibly relocating soon. Shorthly, afterwards I received a call from the Arcadia's Leasing Agent - Tori to confirm my Tour. Upon my arrival, I was greeted, and asking my preferences. I provided my State Issued ID and we began the Tour. I informed her the location was idea for the school zone as well close proximity to the lifestyle we are accustomed to ie. Bike Trail, Dekalb Farmers Market, and etc... Upon my exit the Property Manager introduced herself and we all had a nice conversation. Tori was very Professional, yet personal addressing all my questions and concerns. We just might be moving in.... :)”

“Quite safe place to live. Easy to get to and from these apartment homes. Two bedroom I had was filled with light and had 9 windows total. Nice sized kitchen and pantry. Bathrooms were dated and trim was old is all.”
