“I went yesterday because I was looking for a place to store some stuff and I had read the reviews beforehand. The woman working did not disappoint she was so sweet and answered every question I asked very knowledgeably, the thing that made me leave a review was that she either just had surgery or something because she’s in an aircast or walking boot but still took me around the building and showed me 3 different sized storage rooms. Even though I could see that she was moving around with discomfort she continued being personable and smiled the whole time. The building was clean and the prices were good, the only downside was there is only one door for entry and exit and was the only reason why I didn’t rent a storage space. Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Ms. Kay you are dedicated and do a phenomenal job”

I have never had an issue with rodents or bugs, and the restroom and office have always been well-maintained on my visits. I have never had an issue with Management. Ms. Tabitha is great at responding and addressing any concerns that may arise. I have also spoken with Jordan and my message was forwarded in a timely fashion. Great, safe, clean place to rent from.”
