“I went to buy a bike for my daughter. I paid online but when I went to pick it up I realized it was too small. They put a bigger bike on hold until I could bring her in to try it. When we came back it fit, they suggested a kick stand - not the one I had picked out, a better one. They installed it on site, which took longer than we expected but they eventually got it. I appreciated all the effort to get my daughter the bike she wanted!”

“I'm not an expert at shopping here, so was hard for me to locate what I was looking for.The clothes racks r close together so hard to move around. In all fairness, it is Christmas season so maybe there's extra inventory. Store is bright & seemed clean. Staff (only saw one) was nice. I was surprised at pricing, didn't really think there were many "deals", saw one. Lol Again I don't shop here regularly so maybe this is normal. ?”

“If you need help with ANY type of western wear..go see Ms. "Sam". She is the manager here, and she is simply amazing! SO...VERY...HELPFUL! After discovering they didn't have the boot that I wanted, in my size...she proceeded to track the exact pair of boots that I needed...in AUSTIN, TX! I was flying to Austin later in the week...and she, said, "let me see if I can find a a pair around there"...after literally 20 minutes on her computer and the phone...she found them! To find this level of service, in this day and age...is a true find indeed!”

“I LOVE LOVE LOVE Rainbow! I have at least 3 go-to's for shopping/retail theraphy and Rainbow is my #1. I live closes to this location, however, I also frequent the Sugarloaf Mill and Gwinnett Dr. locations in Lawrenceville, GA. I recently noticed the Sugarloaf Mill and Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd. locations seem to have in-store many of the new items I see online. I like going into a store to shop. Therefore, when I receive text messages and/or emails featuring new releases, I make my way to either of the locations I mentioned. This location is convenient, clean, very organized, the staff is friendly, they play excellent music (local radio) while you shop, which I like. The vibe is nice, the inventory is trendy. I am really feeling this Fall season's collection. I totally recommend Rainbow. I live on a pretty type budget, yet I am still able to ball!”

“Love DSW! You can find just about any pair of shoes from dress to casual shoes. Today I was there for a specific shoe and that's the New Balance walking/weekend/traveling shoe. I received my $10 birthday coupon so why not use it on the sneakers! The cost of those New Balance sneakers are $74.99. Not bad considering they're $80 on New Balance website. I also grabbed a pair of socks to wear w/loafers/mules/booties. I didn't realize you get 5 pair for $14.99. There are several colors/styles. The store is very clean well stocked. I hardly ever find empty stalls. I can say if you wear a 9 or larger those sizes are slim to none. So if you see that size is available I would suggest buy it. It won't be there tomorrow:) The associates are very nice . There are 6 registers and at least 4 cashiers are there to assist you. This DSW is located next door to Kirkland's and Sprouts. Conveniently located in the Webb Ginn shopping plaza's. If you're in the area, check out this DSW. I've been to several and this is one of my favorites. I'm very pleased with my purchase and will be back for sandals”

“Busy associate helping customers and keeping store looking presentable doesn't always have a clear view of counter when someone is ready to check out. I would suggest a polite little bell to let staff know you are ready rather than making customers wonder isles or in my case call the store to get attention brought to counter area. Very pleasant staff, she caught someone switched sizes for one pair I got so I don't have to come back with a return! Good sale going on. Found what I was looking for quickly and in my size which rarely happens for me.”
