“Is 5-stars all I can pick? I need more. I had battery trouble this morning, but luckily it cranked and I was able to get to O’Reilly’s. I almost stopped at PepBoys, because it was closer, but something told me to go to this store. Andre helped me at the counter, as well as Kelsey, but the Knight in shining armor award goes to Chad. Not only did he try to help me as if it were his own car, he was extremely knowledgeable, went above and beyond, and if I ever need anything else, I’m going to this store and asking them to call Chad. Blue Ribbon service. Just the best. You deserve a raise, sir!”
“Stopped by to recycle some batteries today and was helped by Louis. He was wonderful! He was so pleasant and attentive. As other customers came into the store, he let them know he'd be right with them, which I considered a thoughtful thing to do. I've been in so many retail stores where the employees are rude and unhelpful, but Louis was great!”

“Let me save you a trip if your looking for batteries. Don't bother with auto zone because if it's raining they ain't training or doing the install. Came down to O'Reilys got two 34 size batteries on a company box truck and even in the rain they got out there performed the install and got me back on the road so to that I say thank you Rebecca and Tonya for a job well done”

“I came in needing to purchase a new blinker bulb and to hopefully get some assistance with changing it out. Michael was AWESOME! I had been to another store 3 days before in search of the same help and was not able to find it at AutoZone. Upon purchasing the bulb, I asked Michael if he could help me change the bulb and he did just that. In a matter of less than 2 mins, he had taken care of what I had been trying to get fixed for the prior 4 days. Michael was awesome and I truly appreciated all of his help! I will be returning to this location for any of my future car care needs!”
