“I visited this Costco since I was in the area. They were helpful and decently well stocked. I went to buy an item marked for clearance but it didn’t ring up properly. They sent someone to check it out, who confirmed and they had the manager override the price for me.”
“Thank you to the cashier today that was doing her best with no help or radio and a long line today. Tried to get us any discount available on an item but it wasn't to be. We'll come back another time.”
“At times, this location has not had enough staff to handle checkout, but that's usually only around the holiday season. Otherwise, the store is kept in order, prices and tags are clear and reasonable, and check out is easy. I've been impressed with the amount of top brands this location had in stock and the variety of sizes they offer. This is definitely in my top 5 spots for shopping needs.”

“This review is way overdue, but I believe it was Katherine (blonde hair) that was helping me in the shoe department back in May. She is a rock star. She was taking care of customers back to back, running between the shoe and jewelry department, and was kind, patient, and helpful. She was also who helped me another day. I think it was close to closing by the time we were hurrying to check out, and she kept a positive attitude.
I enjoy my shopping experience at Belk. Some of the items are pricey, but you can find good deals. I also appreciate how they do not give you a a hard time when you come across a coupon.”
“It's Walmart. There are some friendly, helpful associates - and then some who're on their phones instead of actually working.
And they do NOT have enough handicap carts! This is a huge problem.”

“I’ll make this quick and Brief. I have to give a special shout out to “KELLI” at the Austell location. I called in and they answered! That’s 5 stars alone. I was searching for an item in women’s clothing I saw about a week ago. I didn't have much information, but Kelli took what I had and literally walked the store floor looking for this item and when she was unable to find it, she made suggestions of what the she did have, mind you I was on the phone with her the entire time. When I say Kind and compassionate. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Customer service alone 10 stars‼️‼️ Great experience. A 10.

“Stepped into Ross Dress for Less today and was looking for the “Welcome to Ross” greeting I always get when entering the store. Unfortunately, that’s was the only thing keeping this store from getting 5 stars! Everything was what I expected from finding name brand clothing, shoes, and accessories was on point! Orginally went to shop for a phone charger, however, ending up buying other items because the selection was Good! Store was clean, convenient to locate, easy parking, plenty of staff to take of your needs… At checkout was agent by the name Charlene who checked me out. At first she it was just the regular customer service routine, but after a few back and forth exchanges. I found her to be pleasant, amusing, and fun… Ross you are lucky to have her as one your associates. Keep up the good work! Will come back soon!”

The racks were organized and easy to move between isles.
Reason for the 4 star was upon entering the store the line for the bathroom was so long it went past the entrance of the store”
“When I arrived, I didn’t have to wait on anybody to help me. The guy walked right up to me and he was very knowledgeable about the product. He was selling all in all. It was a great visit.”
“It’s a real treat to shop at this chain like many other as the website indicates the rack where the item can be located making shopping easy peasy.
This time over we shopped for kitchen mats and they do have a range to select from. We also picked up a utensils stand.
They cover all brands under one roof.”

“I generally avoid shopping, but this store has always been a go to for me when I need to buy gifts, clothes, decor, etc. Today I was especially blown away. I needed to put together a gift basket and found beautiful items at great prices. That would be enough to leave a great review, but the checkout experience today was especially impressive. Pregnant and two small kids in the check out line, I managed to break a large glass container that I had placed at the bottom of my cart. It made a huge mess and hurt my toe. An off-the-clock employee happened to be nearby and jumped to clean it up and ask her team for help. Another employee brought me band aids. They all comforted me that it happens and it’s okay - meanwhile hormonal tears definitely tried to make matters worse. I was so thankful for the kindness and grace in the situation. If I could give the nearby customers 5 stars I would. This staff went above and beyond when they could have handled my mistake so differently- thank you!!”

“Today, this location has more to offer in the men's section compared to the location in Hiram. My teenager was happy happy! The kids section wasn't great so slightly disappointed. Other than that, I think we will return here again in the future.”
“I and my husband went to Walmart specifically looking for an outdoor patio table. Unfortunately, the table we were looking for was sold out. Nevertheless. Darrion (who was working in the Garden Center) was so extremely helpful and attentive that we ended up purchasing other items that we hadn't planned on purchasing. Don't get me wrong....we need the items but we had planned on purchasing them elsewhere. Darrion knew the location of merchandise and had no problem showing us where the items were. It was such a pleasant surprise to find such great customer service.”

“I truly enjoyed this particular Five Below!! The store set up was BETTER than the other series I visited. SUPER CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!! DID I SAY ORGANIZED LIKE, ?? You KNOW where things are & didn't have to look high and low? The store manager was amazing and very caring. Emmanuel was a great help and enjoyed making sure the store looked nice. He stopped stocking to actually help me look for a product. I appreciate that. They were all very professional and took pride in there store! FB #6206 in Mableton was amazing”
