“I've had Verus internet now since Q1 2017 and the service has been fantastic. My HOA provided standard 100Mbps but I've since upgraded to 250Mbps then 1Gbps and that's the speed I get. It's fast. Really fast.The service is reliable (I monitor my own home via services like Uptime Robot and updown.io) and it rarely goes down. Scheduled maintenance is far and few between, done at night and is usually short.I've only engaged support a few times and responses are prompt. I haven't really had any large issues but they've been more than helpful with some recent lower IPv6 performance (solved in the same day) and once with my static IP not being set correctly.”

I want to thank her for the excellent service and professionalism she provided me during my visit. Those qualities are sadly to say a rarity in the customer service field nowadays, but she delivered and executed them well. She was patient, very polite, and if she didn't know something she would ask. She was also assisting another customer as the same time as me, but it still seemed as if I had her undivided attention. Even the young manager on duty (Gimal, I believe) showed superb customer service. He was very knowledgeable in his skill set. You would do yourself a favor by going to see them at this location.
