“Used Walmart+ or something that the wife had to get tires put on our vehicle. After getting oil change from another place the mechanic there informed me that one of the tires were installed backwards. Apparently no one wanted to look in the system to find my information and I was told that I needed the receipt. That got wife upset and everyone showing how it was it the app. Thank goodness for Jai for making this a four star review instead of a one star. She type my wife name in the system and found the service. All is well. Thanks again Jai!!!!”

“The prices aren’t a really a dollar anymore and I feel they should change the name. However the employees were really nice, the store was very clean and it smelled good. The only this is there was a little girl who got a complement while my daughter was not acknowledged, probably cause that child was white.most white customers got a welcome in while blacks did not. Other than that the store was nice”

“A young man who was leaving work, noticed my disabled sister and I needed assistance. He help us with putting our groceries in the car. He was tall, slim , with locks, and I believe he drove a black car. He was extremely nice and well mannered.

“This is a nice store. They have everything you need. I really like the 1.00 selection of items. I have noticed that a lot of Family Dollar stores carry similar items to Dollar Tree. I always stop at this store when I am in town visiting my mom. She has been a regular shopper at this store since they opened. The staff is always kind and treats you Ike family.. They always greet you and make you feel wanted. They seem to have a great manager at this store because it is clean and the products are stocked. I will be in town next month for my moms birthday I am sure she will take me to Family Dollar everyday lol it seems to meet all of her shopping needs and wants.. Family Dollar is becoming better and better every year they have grown a lot and I love the gadgets they also have. Picked me up an awesome light up Bluetooth speaker. I also shop at the Family Dollar in my town and look for great values and buys. I buy a lot of the frozen food that is a 1.00 down freezer section they have an awesome selection when it just a couple or a single person. I will shop at this Family Dollar and my mom will continue to be a faithful customer.. Thanks for being such a great store. There clearance isle is also a must shop area in Family Dollar store. Hope this review is helpful for anyone wanting to go to this store.”

(Apologies Jayden may be a misspelling) From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Bryce took the time to walk around the store with me and suggest fragrances based on what I was looking for, which made the whole experience feel personalized and effortless.
The level of customer service I received was truly top tier—something you don’t often see from most retailers these days. They both went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
I will absolutely be coming back, and I hope Bryce and Jayden get the recognition they deserve for their outstanding service. Experiences like this make all the difference.”
“After a long, rough day, I had an amazing encounter with a deli associate named Charity who completely made my day better. She was busy in the process of closing down the deli, but made sure to greet me when she saw me browsing. Even though she was closing down, she happily stopped what she was doing to slice some turkey pastrami for me. No attitude or passive aggression just straight up cheerful which made me match her energy. While slicing, she maintained a conversation with me giving me cheese pairing recommendations and everything. Afterwards, I left and came back looking for the chilled rotisserie chickens which weren't stocked. Again, she was busy but went all the way the back to get one for me. Charity went above and beyond which is so refreshing. It made me feel nostalgic for the days when grocery store associates knew their customers by name. Charity is a rare one. I had to show her love and leave this review. She is a blessing!”

“We enjoy using the pet wash station at Midland Tractor Supply and visit about once a month with our two dogs. Staff and customers have always been very friendly and respectful, but our most recent visit on Sunday was disappointing.
We arrived around 11:00 a.m. and began washing one dog while waiting for the second station to open for the other (one station was already in use). After the second station opened and my husband started washing our second dog, and a woman with a large dog came in the room and left. Knowing she was waiting, we rushed to finish washing, and even tried to find her to let her know the station I used was now open. When we couldn’t locate her, another customer came in and took the empty station.
The woman did return about 5 minutes later, left again, and then shortly after an employee came in and demanded to know if we had paid (we had — $9.99 and our redeemed free wash for our two dogs and had our receipt in hand). The new customer (who just walked in) had also paid. She then accused us (and the new customer) of cutting in line and told us we needed to leave because someone had been waiting 45 minutes, which was very uncomfortable and confusing since we were already washing our dogs long before the woman arrived. We had probably been there about 20 minutes total, so we knew it couldn’t have been 45 minutes. Also, we explained that when we went to find the woman to inform her a wash station was open, she was no where to be found.
We like coming here, we also like to purchase the 4Health food for our pups, but this experience — especially the way we were treated by an employee — makes us reconsider using this location in the future.”
