I was there yesterday Monday 8/3 and I had the pleasure of meeting Faye , she was very helpful with assisting when I was having difficulty with a label for my package. She was understanding and offered several solutions rather than leaving me to figure it out. This store has a great staff and I want Faye to get her star as well. Keep up the good work everyone ****

I would recommend this store for getting your documents notarized at a reasonable cost and probably for also dropping off your package. Although I got an appointment booked via their website, I was told he’s available most time of the day, just may be make a call and visit the store in case of any emergency.”

I passed by my regular UPS Store on my way home from the office and realized I had missed the cutoff time to ship a package for one of my customers. While still on a customer call, I stopped into Pak Mail, even though I had not had the best experience there in the past.
To my surprise, I learned the business is under new ownership, and the difference was immediately noticeable. The new owners were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They assured me they would get my package to a driver that same day, which was a huge relief.
Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and they absolutely delivered. If you need to drop off a package and want confidence that it will be handled promptly and professionally, I highly recommend Pak Mail. “The folks at this store were so kind to me. I came in with a package that was really too big for me to carry on the back of my truck without me even asking a gentleman came out and got it for me. What a relief I wasn’t sure how I was gonna get it in there. We realized when I got there that it needed a printer receipt they did that for me had trouble getting my phone to do the tap and pay. They helped me with that. These people were so kind and so awesome. I would recommend them anytime.!! Great business”

“I was skeptical about this place at first because of the reviews and also the place isn't the nicest looking but I needed to get my fingerprints scanned and I had already gone to 3 other postals and called many more. There was many people there especially considering it was a weekday but I was only there for 15 minutes and I was done. The check in process was easy, all I had to do was put in my information in a little computer. And then I waited for the lady working to call my name. I didn't have an ID but she accepted my passport. The scanning process was super easy and I finished very fast. I personally thought this place was great and my results came back super fast. My job had emailed me that my results came back a few hours after I went. Idk if it helps but I got it for gaps gemalto.”
