“The personnel at Gainesville FinishLine have given me literally the most outstanding customer service experience out of any sneaker store in Georgia. I won a raffle for a pair of shoes, and the personnel here gave me a call days before the pick-up date to notify me that the shoes I won weren’t available, but they already started working on making something happen. The day the shoes released, they gave me a call to say they were able to get them in and gave me time to come get them. I didn’t even have to take the initiative to contact them through the process, which is hard to believe nowadays. I have been told that my shoes were not available after winning a raffle at other sneaker stores before, and personnel at those stores don’t bother telling you until you get there and don’t bother helping you get a replacement. You’ve got a good team here at Lakeshore Mall, FinishLine (take note other sneaker stores! cough* Footlocker *cough)”

I came in and got the refund executed by you - Thanks. I found the shoes on-line and they were shipped out of Snellville, GA. I don't understand why you couldn't get the shoes.”

The selection is pretty big and they also have a clearance room where some pretty deep discounts can be found in some name brand product. “We were trying to buy boots for grandsons for Christmas. Through a series of crazy mistakes with sizing, a missing boot, and a lost receipt, I thought we would be out the cost of a pair of boots. However, the amazing people at Big Daddy’s worked it all out by searching their hard copies of receipts until they found mine. A full refund was given. There are not too many places left that take care of their customers like that. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.”
