She set me up with these boots and a set of insoles. Both are the thing I’ve been looking for!

“The personnel at Gainesville FinishLine have given me literally the most outstanding customer service experience out of any sneaker store in Georgia. I won a raffle for a pair of shoes, and the personnel here gave me a call days before the pick-up date to notify me that the shoes I won weren’t available, but they already started working on making something happen. The day the shoes released, they gave me a call to say they were able to get them in and gave me time to come get them. I didn’t even have to take the initiative to contact them through the process, which is hard to believe nowadays. I have been told that my shoes were not available after winning a raffle at other sneaker stores before, and personnel at those stores don’t bother telling you until you get there and don’t bother helping you get a replacement. You’ve got a good team here at Lakeshore Mall, FinishLine (take note other sneaker stores! cough* Footlocker *cough)”

“We were trying to buy boots for grandsons for Christmas. Through a series of crazy mistakes with sizing, a missing boot, and a lost receipt, I thought we would be out the cost of a pair of boots. However, the amazing people at Big Daddy’s worked it all out by searching their hard copies of receipts until they found mine. A full refund was given. There are not too many places left that take care of their customers like that. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.”
