They have bailed us out after hours and on the weekends with deliveries and helped coordinate when we have been out of state with other Winsupply locations. “I stopped by this location late one evening on March 26th, 2026 with a friend, about 30 minutes before closing, needing help with a specific lumber cut and a plumbing part for a fence and kitchen sink repair.
Jose in Lumber immediately greeted us and offered to cut our boards before we even had to ask. That kind of proactive help—especially late at night—really stood out.
Then we met Donald in Plumbing… absolute legend. He walked us through exactly what we needed (and was 100% right, even when my friend thought it was a different size). On top of that, he brought great energy, made us laugh, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us get it right the first time.
Both Jose and Donald made what could have been a stressful, last-minute trip incredibly easy and enjoyable.
