They were professional, also both quick and careful.Even ahead of the move, I really appreciated the clear and upfront communication about what to expect, especially when it came to pricing. They moved my things to storage and feel put at piece that they will move my things to my next place just as seamlessly when the time comes. So glad my realtor recommended these guys. “Our crew was prompt. They worked quickly and efficiently. Don explained everything well and made sure the paperwork was in order. Anthony was a master wrapper and made sure all our items were protected. They communicated well throughout the process and were very professional. They took what is a stressful experience and made the work go by fast and got us settled into our new home. Caron was excellent at keeping things moving by loading up boxes and getting them from point A to point B! Based on this crew and the service we received, I would use Two Men and a Truck again!!”

She has always helped me with any of my concerns while being a customer at A-1 Mini Storage she was able to find me a unit that was perfect for my storage needs and gave me a discount on the unit. She is an Amazing lady if you looking for good prices not only on storage units but U-Haul rentals also she is the lady to call.”

“Steve was very friendly and helpful! My unit was clean when I got to it, and it stayed pretty clean over the 7 or so months I was renting it (no small animals getting in, and not many bugs inside). I was mistakenly charged for the next month after I'd already emptied out my unit, but he made sure I got my refund quickly after I reached out.”

“AKA 1-800-Pack-Rat. Their delivery process (mechanism) and containers are superior to PODS. They were also able to accommodate a tight delivery and pickup window where PODS was not. My container delivery driver, Nesru, was friendly and efficient. He placed the container exactly where I asked him to and inspected and swept out the inside of the container before departing. Due to some communication issues 1-800-Pack-Rat worked with me and corrected the situation. That’s excellent customer service!”

“I give Extra Space Storage 5 Stars across the board. The entire experience was great. I have a unit in Hiram, GA. I returned a call to David from Extra Space Storage, who informed me of a rent increase of $1, as opposed to $80, I was initially informed of. David further informed me that he himself requested this change from the hire ups, and was successful. This could not have come at a better time for me. My God is Awesome! David, if you're reading this, thank you again. You were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and you went above and beyond. You are an asset to not only the company, but the customers as well. I would definitely recommend doing business with Extra Space Storage. -SELINA”
