“I’ve been a very loyal customer for I know over 6 years or more . I really never thought to take my business elsewhere until yesterday went in around 1:30 for an audio issue I could only use my phone on speaker phone and it was also very low. The young lady quoted me $95 ok cool then suggested because my screen was scratched up not cracked that if it needed to be repaired it would be an additional $110 so that would be $205 before tax .. she then advised she would give me a call with a update on repairs. She called back around 4 advising that they were still working on the repair they were pretty busy. I could not afford to be without a phone over night because of my partime job I let her know if it’s going to have to be an over night deal I would go head and refuse service and pay whatever and deal with this on a better day . She reassured me oh it wouldn’t be I will call you back before 6 . At 6:05 I called and was told at this time We are closed and yes your phone is ready but we had the number wrong on file once I verified the correct realized it had been put in the computer wrong by the rep and here I am waiting until the next business day a whole 24 hours later over a mistake that cost my business far more than what I spent on repairing the phone , just to be told sorry for inconvenience here’s a screen protector. I will never refer anyone to this place I had never had a bad experience until it cost me to lose 1,500 in sales. Over an issue I had before that took 1 hour . I mentioned several times if this is going to take longer I can wait so I could prepare differently and yet blew off as if my business didn’t matter.. UPDATE the next day I spoke with the owner who was more than willing to correct any issues I had thanks again Gary”

“Best value repair shop. Incredibly timely and quality service, they will mqke sure you get the best value for your money. I have had an old extremely damaged phone repaired twice here, both times it was done within a day or two even with them needing to order parts. Another business was going to charge me over 10x what i paid here and they wanted me to wait at least a week for the part to come in.”

“Stopped in yesterday when my outgoing texts quit working for about half my contacts, they were busy but was still pretty quickly greeted and put in the queue for service. After about 20mins, Becky came to my rescue. She tried 3-4 different ways to fix the issue to no avail, then noticed that I was still on a physical SIM card and had it swapped to eSIM. She said to give it a couple hours for the system to update with the change and BOOM! Problem solved! Who would've ever thought that dropping your phone a million times could lead to such a weird issue like that but Becky got me fixed. Thanks again ?”
“I’m sharing my experience at this particular location because of the great customer service displayed on 2 different occasions! I Have an 80 year old friend with an android phone and I use an IPhone so I’m not familiar with his phone but he needed help and we went and a sales associate named Noah was able to address his problem immediately. That was several weeks ago, well today my friend called and needed to email a photo to one of his friends and of course not being familiar or technological savvy enough to do it with his phone we went to Cricket on Battlefield Pkwy. again and Noah wasn’t there but young man named David was and he went above and beyond what I would’ve expected from a sales associate/support guy. I know for a fact that when I need a new iPhone I will certainly get a price quote from Cricket on Battlefield Pkwy. Both Noah and David were very knowledgeable and above all HELPFUL! Way to go guys, that’s a great way to expand Cricket’s customer base ‼️??”

“I had a great experience at this location today. I have been experiencing problems with my boost Mobile phone since Sunday and have called their customer service line every day to no avail. I went into the store today, the young man that was there today was able to help me, every time I made a phone call my phone would go to the boost Mobile line if your boost Mobile customer press 1 if your whatever customer press and other number. The young man that was there actually helped me to where I was actually able to call someone, but an hour after I left the store my phone reverted right back to the if you're a boost Mobile customer press 1, if you are whatever customer press another number. I have no idea what they have done to mess up my phone line ,but they have and they have not been able to correct it to which I have not been able to call anyone and no one can call me, but I can text and get online but if I'm stranded anywhere I can't call anyone for help, except boost customer service. Needless to say I am very exhausted and frustrated with their customer service and technical support to which they have not been able to fix the issue that they have caused. So now I'm paying for a phone line that I can't use and I doubt very much they're going to give me a credit for. I've replaced the phone and I have gotten a new SIM card and still can't make a phone call and no one can call me. I'm done all of the troubleshooting, there's no call forwarding ,no call blocking, there's no Wi-Fi calling turned on. I'm seriously tired of them telling me that there is a problem in the area ,because my son has a boost Mobile phone that is on a different account ,in the same house and there's no problem with his phone. So the store gets a high rating but boost Mobile itself, I would give a -10, because I have called you every day since Sunday and you have not been able to resolve the issue that is obviously on your end.”

He helped me immediately, explained various options, suggested the best option, and explained why, and communicated thoroughly, the actions I would need to take the following month. Another customer walked in, about half way through our process, Miguel greeted him & asked him for time to complete our transaction. He showed me the screen protector I asked for and put it on the phone for me. He offered to set the iCloud up with me, but since my son already had an iCloud, I decided to wait. I asked if he could assist me with parental controls, & was willing to help me do that. I asked how long would it take, he told me 15 mins, and I told him “no since you have someone else waiting…” Miguel said, “ma’am I don’t mind at all, you are the customer, so I’ll do whatever I need to assist you until we’re done.” He was a complete delight!
