“Great experience . Stopped in on Saturday with a nail in my tire. They accessed the problem quickly and fixed it. Fast and professional they are. I stopped at 3 other shops (Mavis, Firestone etc.,) who gave me a horrible first customer interaction.. Nobody wanted to fix a flat without selling you tires and one told me maybe I can get to it by the end of the day if you leave it. . I guess there is not a lot of money to be made in fixing a flat but now I will surely be using Chloe’s for my future purchases now, just for the way I was treated initially . 5 Star”

I never needed their services until recently and have found I have clearly been missing something. Kelly has a great line up of Technicians and all the neccessary tools to provide a wonderful service experience.

“I got in an accident and took my car to them per the recommendation of the person who hit my car. I got an appointment for an estimate quickly and went there for it. The estimate was completely accurate and they were very quick and accommodating with getting my car in. They gave me an estimate for the days that the repairs would take. It ended up going a few days over because they’re closed on the weekends. When I got my car, they had done a wonderful job with all the repairs. They also cleaned the outside and inside. The outside was beautiful. I ain’t never seen my rims so shiny. They did a great job and were very honest and communicative.”

But now I have called 4 times-left message with AI, 2-human beings and asked for a manager to call me-crickets!! Customer cervices means closing the loop-returning a phone call and especially if you ask for a manager. This is the BASICS”

Was not disappointed! Vehicle was in and diagnosed within an hour of opening. Fixed the main issue and performed some other minor services while it was in the shop.
