I had an issue with one of my tires recently, and s reduced an appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes late however, I was seen promptly and they repaired my tire and had me back on the road. It's nice to know I have competent mechanics I can trust at Chloe's.”

“I came to Landmark Transmission Service with a failed Mercedes 7G transmission expecting to have to replace it. They only fixed what was broken. I came back a few times since the work was done just to ask questions as I was planning on getting a transmission tune up. Dennis was always available to answer all my questions. “I got in an accident and took my car to them per the recommendation of the person who hit my car. I got an appointment for an estimate quickly and went there for it. The estimate was completely accurate and they were very quick and accommodating with getting my car in. They gave me an estimate for the days that the repairs would take. It ended up going a few days over because they’re closed on the weekends. When I got my car, they had done a wonderful job with all the repairs. They also cleaned the outside and inside. The outside was beautiful. I ain’t never seen my rims so shiny. They did a great job and were very honest and communicative.”

But now I have called 4 times-left message with AI, 2-human beings and asked for a manager to call me-crickets!! Customer cervices means closing the loop-returning a phone call and especially if you ask for a manager. This is the BASICS”

He informed me before doing anything that would cost me any money, and perform some work on my Truck that was clearly needed yet not in my span of thought
