“I've been using this pharmacy for several years, and have never had a bad experience (which I'm extra thankful for because the one in the corner across the street was ridiculous to deal with). This one in Target has always been easy, friendly, helpful, and quick. I'm really happy to have a service provider nearby that I trust and actually enjoy.
Like, I'm super confused by the negative reviews here. I've never been in line behind more than 2-3 people.

“I love these people! They do everything they can in their power to bring your copay as low as possible. They add specific coupons they have even if you don’t ask for them. Also they have a very kind and funny staff members.”
“Are you tired of dealing with Rx pharmacists and counter people that are incompetent and never learned how to smile? You know the ones that treat you like you just woke them up from a nap after they drank a tall six pack of Colt 45 and smoked a doobie. Then stop tormenting yourself. Concord is the best! Deborah and Holly are fantastic! They are so professional and courteous. They go the extra mile. You know - old school customer service. I started using Concord for Ivermectin instead of getting injected with a Chinese lab virus back in 2020. Now my wife and I use them for everything except compounding. So convenient too. They are at North Fulton Wellstar on Hwy 9 Alpharetta Hwy . But then again if you prefer being a masochist - stick to CVS and Walmart.”

“I want to take a moment to give an extremely enthusiastic and heartfelt compliment to Shahrzad, the pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy, because she truly went above and beyond in every possible way.
From the very beginning, Shahrzad was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns without rushing me, which is something that feels rare these days. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure I fully understood my medications, possible side effects, and how to take them properly. She never made me feel confused, embarrassed, or like I was asking “too many questions.” Instead, she made me feel respected and genuinely cared for.
What really stood out to me was her level of dedication and professionalism. She worked hard to resolve an issue with my prescription, communicated clearly about what was happening, and followed through until everything was taken care of. She didn’t treat it like “just another task” — she treated it like my health truly mattered, and that means more than words can express.
On top of her incredible knowledge and competence, Shahrzad has such a warm and compassionate personality. She was calm, reassuring, and friendly the entire time, even while clearly handling a busy workload. It is obvious that she truly loves what she does and cares deeply about helping people. Her positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier and left me feeling relieved and grateful.
Pharmacists like Shahrzad are the reason people trust their healthcare providers. She represents the absolute best of what CVS stands for, and she deserves recognition, appreciation, and praise for the outstanding care she provides. I sincerely hope her management knows what a valuable asset she is to the pharmacy and to the community.

At CVS pharmacist refused to provide the flu shot because she had to go to lunch in 20 minutes. There was no other customers and about 5 pharmacists behind the counter.
At Publix they gave me the shot in 5 minutes.”
