“Security is awesome! That could be both good and bad?. I occasionally need to access my vehicle that a family member drives to work on occasion. This last time it was the kids' backpacks,that were left in the vehicle the day before. I had to wait on security to let me in the gate to access my own vehicle. To do that, they have to locate the person who you know inside the building,who works there and make sure it's all legit before allowing you to enter the parking lot. That's ok though because I feel it is safe and secure by doing so. They were late for school but no biggie. I appreciate the security team. Also it's easy to locate the property and far enough off the road to not be waiting on the highway as you're sitting at said closed gate. ?”

The lady who was running the fitting room chatted me up and actually helped me pick out dresses using her own expertise. She was super friendly and attentive and not just with me—but with everyone she spoke to. She treated all of us like old friends. You never see that level of customer service anymore, and I wish I could remember her name, but I did make sure to tell her supervisor to give her a raise!! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because—without fail—every time we go in there, there’s an alarm going off and no one trying to fix it. But the inventory, prices, and customer service are more than enough to offset the minor irritation and I will continue to recommend this location to anyone and everyone!”

“Great Target customer experience today! I was struggling with a purchase for an Apple Watch as I am not very tech savvy. I couldn’t find the displays that had the models to choose from and it appeared there were very slim pickings for available watch bands. In the middle of my crisis, I was approached by Kaliyah who had a huge smile and such a warm, and comfortable demeanor! She explained things to me and was so helpful constantly going into the back to pull out options for me that she relieved my anxiety about the whole issue. In the middle of receiving her help, Charles (another Target associate) was walking by and also assisted with getting me what I needed. Both Kaliyah and Charles worked very well together as a team and kept a smile on my face the entire time. It is customer service such as this that is a critical aspect of success for any customer-facing business and I applaud Target for hiring these two wonderful young people!”

“Me and my 6 month old daughter went into Sam's in Savannah, GA on Montgomery Crossroads to purchase laundry detergent and baby formula. I went into the store the first time and purchased the laundry detergent but forgot to get the formula. When I got back to my car and started to leave, my daughter started crying because it was time for her to eat. So I put my car back into Park got into the back seat and started feeding her. While I'm feeding her, I am talking to my wife on the phone and she reminds me not to forget the formula. I really didn't want to go back into the store to get it because I didn't want to get her back out of the car, get another shopping cart and walk back in there. But I did it anyway because she needed it and this was my last stop before I went home. I went back in, purchased the formula, but while I'm walking on my way back to my car, the front-end mgr. and a sheriff's deputy stops me as I'm am about to get my baby and put her into the car. The sheriff's asked me if he can look in my baby bag. I hesitated at first because I wasn't quite sure what his motive was at the time, but I said sure why not. As the sheriff is looking through my baby bag, he first mentions that I entered the store twice. My response was " Yep, I surely did enter this store twice." After a few second while still searching my baby's diaper bag, the sheriff deputythen states, "An associate in the store says you were stuffing items in this bag" ? I found that to be ironic because the entire time while in the store, I never took the backpack off of my back. When the sheriff said that, I just busted out laughing at this dude.... like frfr????? I have to ask this question, do you all consider black men with their kids and diaper bags thieves? I hear this happens a lot there. With that being said, yall will never get my hard earned money ever again. I don't have to steal. I make twice the money than the sheriff and the front-end mgr that came behind me combined.”
