“I'm from smalltown Ohio with family in the Atlanta area. I chose this flower shop based on reviews and the products listed on the website.
I chose the centerpiece I wanted but purchased an enhanced version plus a tip. It was to be delivered 12/23/25. It was delivered on time but when the recipient sent a picture, it was not the enhanced version of the centerpiece I purchased.
I was upset and disappointed. I sent an email about 9:00 P.M. thinking I maybe would get a response the next day. About 15 minutes later I received a phone call from the owner of the shop who was actually at a family function. She stated the shop was closed the following day, (Christmas Eve) but she would look into the problem with the order. To make this shorter, the owner verified there was an error, was very apologetic, and the correct version of the centerpiece was freshly made and delivered in exchange for the incorrect version.
I was moved to tears because someone cared enough to make such an effort to ensure the perfect gift was delivered to the recipients. And I never expected all this would happen when the shop was closed for Christmas Eve.
This family-owned business has a very kind heart and truly care about their customers. It was extraordinary service, and the centerpiece was absolutely gorgeous! This is truly a 5-star business, and I will never forget their kind efforts.”
“They have most of the things you'd need to run a farm. Fertilizer, seeds, starter plants, compost, animal feed, including dogs, vermin control, feeding bowls, even chickens and rabbits. Glad I found them.”

“This place is really set up for professional landscapers to buy in larger quantities. The staff were super friendly and said that they would sell to homeowners, but they seemed hesitant. Probably because I didn't pull up in a stake bed truck made it obvious that I wasn't looking to leave with pallets of monkey grass.”

I ordered a Streamline tub through Home Depot’s website, and the experience with the manufacturer and third-party freight company was extremely disappointing. The delivery was significantly delayed, and I could not get any useful information or updates from the freight company. When the tub finally arrived, it appeared to have been a previous return. It was shipped in a box with virtually no protective packaging, and the tub was badly scuffed.
In my opinion, Home Depot should seriously reconsider doing business with Streamline and this freight company. Their poor service and careless handling reflect badly on Home Depot, even though the local store employees had no control over the situation.
Thankfully, Anthony, Alex, Elise, and Shelly went above and beyond to help me. They assisted with the situation, made sure the tub was loaded, and treated me with professionalism, patience, and respect. Their excellent customer service was the one bright spot in an otherwise terrible purchasing experience.
Home Depot is fortunate to have employees like them. They deserve recognition for stepping in and helping resolve problems created by an unreliable vendor and shipping company.”

“My husband and I were looking for Italian style terra-cotta planters for our patio and hoped we might find something here having never been. We arrived early around 10:30AM on a Sunday and the garden was locked, we had to go inside and request to enter it but we were very readily greeted and quickly guided over with someone who could open the gate for us. What an incredible selection! And incredibly priced! We immediately found what we were looking for and were concerned because no pricing was available. He called over to his manager and got us an incredible price! We are already making plans to come back and buy more!”

I’m turning a bathtub into a walk-in shower then I’m gonna be cutting dry rod out of the floor and replacing flooring next. I specifically come to this location because they leave me alone and let me do all of my weird ChatGPT stuff in peace on the aisle because I don’t know what I’m doing, but I’m getting stuff done.
