“My company relocated me and my family out to California. Typically, the military has done my moves in the past so this was my first time doing everything on own. I actually reserved a different company and didn't realize they were a broker until it was too late. That was a nightmare, they didn't show up on the date they said and then when they did, my price was double. Anyway, I had spoken with Ciara prior and I knew City Jump was local. They literally came the following morning and were done before we had to leave for our flights. I cannot thank the crew enough!
