“Wait at drive thru for medication pickup, was one minute, to proceed to window. Was greeted immediately upon arrival at window, information was provided to pickup prescription. Prescription was obtained and clerk returned in a matter of seconds. Information was verified, money was submitted, and receipt for signature was presented. Signed receipt, medication was submitted through drive thru drawer. Was offered the opportunity to schedule a flu shot and was saluted by clerk. The whole order took less than three minutes!”
