She was very professional, courteous and very informative on the deals and availability that were available. I asked if I could think about it and she offered to hold the unit I was researching for along with pricing. After further looking in this area, I finally decided to select this unit. Again, Ms.Miller was extremely helpful in getting all the necessary information needed to complete the rental process and made sure I was able to access the unit successfully. “I'm disabled, and my belongings were moved into unit while I was in the hospital... The starting rate was $132.00... The rate quickly took a jump up, & all of a sudden I'm paying $234.00 per month for the same space... Now, if I weren't disabled, I would have moved into a smaller unit & gotten rid of a ton of things... However, I was stuck... And being that it was climate controlled, I never expected to have to deal with mold... Last summer mold had over taken my unit... Things seem to be running a lot smoother since management has changed... Thus 4 stars instead of 2... Kay was extremely helpful, polite, & professional.”

“This place is very clean and has units that are true to its dimensions compared to other places. The main building has indoor climate controlled units and has wide double sliding doors for easy transport of storage items in and out of the facility. The other units in the facility are drive-up easy access. Only downside I would say, is the excess number of keypads. I understand security is important, but I shouldn't have to enter an access code to exit out of the gate. It's really only a slight inconvenience especially if you're there close to 10pm when access terminates. I got locked in once which was a huge inconvenience, but I was compensated with a free month.
Gary has been the facility manager there for the last few months I was there and is a fellow vet. Great guy, great attitude, and very professional. He does his best to remember you because he greets you by name if he sees you. Will go above and beyond for customers. If you're in need of storage, this place is good.”

I have rented storage space before from Extra Space Storage, UHaul Storage and others but I don’t remember anyone ever saying “thank you for your business “ or let me help you find the unit that best fits your needs and budget “ or even act like they cared enough for me to come back.
Recently I found myself again in need of storage space and 11220 Medlock Bridge Road Public Storage was near my home, so I stopped by to check it out. I was greeted by John who was professional, friendly, and easy to talk with.
John was extremely helpful explaining how everything worked as he showed me around the very clean and orderly facility.
John helped me find the perfect unit for my stuff and even provided me with a pair of work gloves for my wounded hand! As a new customer I could not have been treated better!
