“My husband and I went in to buy one pair of shoes and two insoles, and we came out with 4 pair of shoes, two insoles and a pair of socks. The service Ashley and Madison gave us was top notch. I was a difficult customer to fit but they were both so patient and informative. They provided me with many options and worked hard to find me a perfect fit. So much so that I left with two pairs. They knew so much about what I was looking for. I've never had such great service before in a retail establishment.”

“So I went to Windsor off at Sugarloaf Mills mall, with the idea of finding a dress for my civil wedding. I was so stressed out because I couldn't find anything suitable and that fit. But Mr.David C. was so awesome and helpful, he actually helped me find the perfect dress that suitable for that event. And the store manger Micheal OMG he was so helpful with my shoes and jewelry. Now I'm all set for my civil wedding and thanks to this 2 amazing gentleman that were so helpful and made my shopping experience so amazing. I highly recommend this location, just ask for them for they do have the magic touch. They need a promotion and a rise. Thank you bunch , I'm a happy customer and for sure definitely coming back.”

“The most magical shop in Duluth. It is evident that every item is thoughtfully curated. Everything is so cute and I always appreciate stores that include extended sizes too! I’ve moved out of state but the online shop is so easy to navigate! Love the Personify team.”

“I don’t really shop at buckle like that but me and my coworkers had come in to purchase some items for a work event and the staff was very helpful, especially Mitzly. Honestly she went above and beyond any expectations. Super nice and sweet and patient. Also Mel, was killer ! Both of their customer service was A1. We had surpassed the time we were supposed to be there and they were really kind and understanding. They were not rude or had attitudes because rig it was me I’d be annoyed of us haha. But I have to give them props for their patience and helpfulness. Honestly would return just based off their customer service :)”

“I found this store to be so much more pleasant and interesting than Plato’s and other “consignment” shops.I’m not sure if it’s a company thing at all locations or just this particular one.But my reasons as to why is THE INVENTORY. Its much better quality in terms of condition. Maybe a couple items I found to be too worn for my liking. But the styles are way more “on trend” and higher quality than their sister-store “Plato’s”No, I’m not 17… I am 35. So that being said I personally do NOT think Style Encore is for older people, while Plato’s is “cooler” for younger people. Style Encore is better for 15+ and 45+ OVERALL.I think if I was a mom I’d take KIDS to Plato’s - since they’re still growing so much or if they insist.I really do think Style Encore is overall better for teens and adults alike. And I grew up in NYC/NJ so I’ve been buying high end and thrifting my whole life from quality selections.I think Plato’s may have way more inventory for boys/men in general. Style Encore had a smaller men’s section - but I’d DEF was nicer.AND The prices are very reasonable!!You won’t find tons of worn tshirts, forever 21, and rinky target shoes there.Gucci, Tory Burch, and tons of other beautiful REAL leather bags…MUCH CLEANER, nicer respectful staff… and way more enjoyable to resell there. I feel like they actually have an eye for buying nice pieces. This is just my OPINION - but I definitely feel it should be shared. I had no idea this place existed!I put 4 stars because I have only been there once.”

“Love this store! Lots of great merch! Especially on Avatar the Last Airbender :) and great deals too. Every employee has been kind and helpful. Especially JOKIM at store 4657 in Mall of Georgia who just helped my family with our purchases today. He was very patient and kind. My only complaint would be that the store is a little crowded and hard to move through but I do like how bright and the store is verus Hot Topic which is waaaaay to dark.”

“As a consigner, Fairy Dust has been great! Very easy to do business with and I am glad that I chose to consign nearly 20 Coach and Kate Spade handbags with her. She was even able to sell the one LV bag I left with her! She marks item fairly and is quick to pay me via Venmo once items have sold. Check them out if you have gently used items you’re ready to part with!”

She took such great care of my sister — patient, attentive, and never once pushing a sale. She truly focused on making sure my sister felt beautiful, and it showed in every moment. “Glad this Kohls is here. Good bargains, not to high of prices compared to department stores at the Mall. Because the Kohls seem to be disappearing over the years, I really hope this one doesn’t because it is a good place to shop. One more thing, it is not too far off of Interstate 85 so you can quickly to get off and shop and easily get back to go home or wherever else you want to go.”

“I just receive wonderful customer service from a sales associate here. I went to pick up an order and Ann was very attentive while I tried on my order, helping me open the box , telling me about a mirror in the back and offering me a bag. she also let me know about updates in company policy when I asked about returns. A great experience.”
