“04/11/2024 at 1:30PM we went inside the store, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Everyone in the store, from the cashier to the clerks to the people helping finding items we needed. EVERYONE greeted us, asked if we needed help, smiled and was just overall very nice. Great shopping experience. Will definitely be back.”

“I returned my Eco 20 inch power chain saw in 2024. I am sure it works good, but as an older shopper, it was too much for me to get it to start each time I tried to use it.
Unfortunately I MISSED THE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR POWER TOOLS, AND HAD TO WORK WITH ECHO repair department and if more problems, turn to my Allstate &75.00
3- year extended warranty, for repairs.
When I returned it TJ, Richard and Dominick helped explain how the chain saw should be started step by step and when returning it, to make certain bring it to Home Depot 's Tool shops, and have the gas removed before trying to return it to the Customer Service Counter in the store after the 30 day return policy lapses.
I will make sure to read, and ask carefully the RULES for return of ALL products to Home Depot in the future. Keeping my receipts has been a blessing for me. It shows how I document EVERYTHING I PURCHASE AND BUY FROM HOME DEPOT, to make sure I can get everything that is with in my right, if I ever have a problem!”

“Mrs Pat in the paint department is so helpful and super nice. She help me picked out the perfect paint and gloss. Thank you Mrs Pat. Bianca at Home Depot is amazing. This is my second week going there and she helped my husband and I with lawn equipments. She took her time explained everything to us an showed us items that were on sale. We end up buying a new lawn mower and all the extra lawn equipments. She was very patient with us and very knowledgeable and attentive. I really appreciate her. We came in for keys to be made. He announced over the PA that assistance was needed at the key machine. Instead of waiting for someone in the department, he immediately came over and made them himself (to keep us from waiting). Then he walked us to each department to show us and answer our questions for other things for our shop.
Great customer service, AJ! The way I remember Arthur Blank teaching customer service as an example years ago as he walked my father and I through a store while I was home on military leave. Great service and attitude, AJ!”

“I shopped around to update my kitchen appliances and ended back a Lowe's. I saved hundreds of dollars on my refrigerator and my stove. I'm very pleased with the staff professionalism as well as their knowledge in appliance. I had know idea of the measurements but with Lowe's staff help the appliances fit perfectly. I designed my kitchen with the help of Lowe's staff. I'm very much so PLEASED!!! Delivery was very smooth.”
