“I have seen this place have it's ups and downs. But for the past 6 years since Tara took over the deli the food has been great she very kind and always nice and respectful and always working . she sometimes cook other foods like BBQ sandwiches BBQ bake chicken fried taters with onions collards green and more stuff that's not on the menu and it dang good . And the cashier Claudia is always been nice and respectful, for the cashier guy Nate hes funny and likes to cuts up .slowly but surely I see the store turning around for the good .”
“It is a very down home atmosphere with a friendly pleasant staff, if games of chance happen to be your fancy they have slot machines for those old enough to play for store credit and they have had several lotto wins both scratch off and ticket. They have a variety of candy as well and very reasonable prices.”

“I'm from Birmingham Alabama always traveling this route to Hiawassee Ga. On this trip and stop I had my 2 pets with me. I attempted to do a potty break for my 12 year old cat. Not a good idea. He popped his collar and ran off in the thick Bushey area behind the store. It was mid day and 95 degrees. I was at a total loss and heart broken I had lost my cat. I went inside to explain that if they saw me wandering and looking around on their property it was for my search for Kitty. Thank goodness for the staff here and one employee that went out of her way to help me search and eventually and quickly found my pet safe and happy return on my road trip! And now back home. Thank you for going above and beyond ! Your kindness will not be forgotten! Thanks again for all your help! ?”

“This store is awesome. Rick The store owner does whatever it takes to make u happy. He is really a genuine good guy. Also if he doesn't have what you are looking for. Tell him what you want and the next time you come in it w be there. I have witnessed with my own eyes Rick the store owner getting the stuff that a disabled person in a wheelchair needed cause he couldn't get in the store. I have been going to this store almost every day for a yr now, and will continue to do so cause I consider Rick the owner a good friend and great person. He always brightens the day”
