My husband is so happy with the courteous service and help when we lost power for a week and needed gas in the cars for temporarily charging phones and fans, getting food, or cooling down to avoid further heat exhaustion, that this is his new favorite go to store! Around 1:00 p.m., my elderly mother stopped to get gas at Pump 1, and her debit card became stuck in the pump. She went inside to ask for assistance, and even though there was a line at the register, Bernard immediately asked what was wrong and came outside to help without hesitation. While speaking with him, my mother mentioned that she was feeling lightheaded. Bernard showed genuine concern and told her to go back inside, sit down, and grab something to eat while he finished pumping her gas for her. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier for my mother. In today’s world, it’s refreshing to see an employee who truly cares about customers. Bernard went above and beyond, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for his compassion and exceptional customer service. The staff is always smiling and make a point to greet and remember you which is nice. The prices are way too high on small snacks and a few side items like cooking oil is 3x's that a grocery story!
