What impressed me most was the personal care and attention he gave to each and every customer. He did not speak fast like he was trying to get by me and move onto the next person that needed help. He actually looked at me when he was talking to me. His choice of words did not sound like they came from a computer or that he had said it 1000 times already that day. “I have some building plans printed and they sent me to another location which was fine. Problem is you couldn't read the plans when they were printed. They didn't even tell me when I picked them up. They wont give me my 55 dollars back. Said it was my fault. I sent the same email attached plans to another ups location and they printed just fine and it cost me 34 instead of 55.
I got a phone call today and the UPS store realized their mistake and will credit me back all of my money.”

“I waited until to see if all my packages and letters reached their destinations from inside Georgia to Indiana and to California. Sent 9 packages/letters and all of them arrived safely.
When looking at post offices in the Atlanta area, I was shocked at how low the ratings were for other locations. Friends recommended I make the trip out to Avondale and I even took the Marta before walking.
So glad I did. Service was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I apologized to both the lady who helped me and the other clients as I had so many things to send. They were all kind and understanding.

I had some documents faxed and other items to return to a vendor. I had erroneously given her the incorrect fax number and made another error in the number of pages being faxed which caused her to have to try many times to fax. She never became frustrated or upset with me over my errors. She was so kind and helpful and completely restored my faith in customer service today.
