It took me a little while to write this review, but I finally made it — and I couldn’t let the chance pass without sharing my amazing experience at The UPS Store in Toco Hills.
I walked in just to make a few prints… and walked out happy, grateful, and honestly blown away! ? All thanks to Kiesha, who gave me a level of personalized service that’s incredibly rare to find these days.
She didn’t just care about what I needed — she actually helped me enhance the look and feel of my prints ??️, paying attention to every little detail. Her kindness, her energy, her passion for what she does… everything was a 1000 out of 10! ?
Kiesha made me feel right at home ? and treated me like more than just a customer. She’s not only excellent at what she does — she’s exceptional with people, which is what truly matters.

“This place is an awesome one stop shop for any shipping needs! Way quicker than the Post Office. You just walk in and have the option of UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc. It’s user friendly to be able to compare pricing and delivery times between all the options. Brandy and Sam are great!”
“They are extremely friendly and transparent and NOT Greedy! Example, I have taken Nike returns to this location and Nike wants you to print the return label at the UPS store and it’s free returns for Nike members and this store prints that out and doesn’t charge me anything and is so friendly and they take care of that return. Now, if I go to the Johns Creek location by Publix and the Indians that work there they will charge me $1.67 for that same label because they nickel and dime you and they are rude as hell so here’s the difference.”
“I got here OMG coming from another place where I did my notary public the first time at Jonesboro and the notary public messed me up by alterations that makes DMV rejected my papers but coming here very friendly two beautiful ladies and their professional display of knowing their job is outstanding go there for your mail services and notary requirements. What are you still doing if you are in downtown you need to visit this place !”
“I have some building plans printed and they sent me to another location which was fine. Problem is you couldn't read the plans when they were printed. They didn't even tell me when I picked them up. They wont give me my 55 dollars back. Said it was my fault. I sent the same email attached plans to another ups location and they printed just fine and it cost me 34 instead of 55.
I got a phone call today and the UPS store realized their mistake and will credit me back all of my money.”
“Had to ship out several awkwardly shaped, delicate family heirlooms after family passed, was dreading having to get it all handled. Mohammad was able to give me a quick understanding of how expensive this job would be and gave me a call a few hours once it was done so I didn't have to waste time sitting at the store. Packing was A+, everything was done very tightly packed and properly buffered. Absolutely wonderful customer service, I have no fears my items will make it without damage. Mohammed even stayed over an hour late to make sure everything looked good to us and helped us get the best price possible, unbelievable customer service in this day and age. Have no fears sending complicated shipping jobs Mohammad's way!”

“I often come here to get my paperwork notarized. Although normally only manned by one person, I'm never in there for more than 5 minutes. Prices for the notary services are reasonable at $5 a stamp/page. What really made me love this place was the courtesy that the owner showed. Recently I left my ID there and didn't know. I returned from a trip to find a piece of mail in my mailbox stating that I left my ID and to please return. He was so cognizant and copied my ID on a scanner and printed it, then used a black marker to block out all of my information other than my photo. He also attached his business card and stated that he hopes this address is current and to please call him and that he will be holding it for me. In a world where people don't have the time or aren't courteous to protect another person's information I was just extremely impressed that he took the time to protect my information like that and thought of how someone could've utilized the information on my ID if for any reason my address wasn't updated. It's the little things and now this is likely the only place I will use moving forward.”

“I'm going to add on that this is an EXCEPTIONAL location! I had a horrible mess up printing some very important brochures with Staples, and it looked like I was just out of luck. I came into this location on a whim and not only did they stop and drop what was going on to help me, they did it in 15 minutes! Every person on the floor was weighing in and helping, and the manager was stand out superb. I'm a retail innovation and customer experience consultant, so I REALLY notice both the big and the little things...and this location sets the bar. I hope they are recognized for how awesome they are. Customers like me are so very appreciative, and it will be awarded with our ongoing business!”

“Today I had the pleasure of working with Anaya at location about 1 mile from Perimeter Mall in Atlanta. She was so very professional and patient with me. I had some documents faxed and other items to return to a vendor. I had erroneously given her the incorrect fax number and made another error in the number of pages being faxed which caused her to have to try many times to fax. She never became frustrated or upset with me over my errors. She was so kind and helpful and completely restored my faith in customer service today. Thank you Anaya for doing an excellent job in taking care of me today and to the manager at this location for hiring such a fine person and employee in Anaya!”
