“Really amazing people. I needed some help with cutting some plastic railing and the gentleman over there did it for free. I had to come back a second time after finding out my measurements were wrong the first time. And they did it again for free. Great service!”

“Fast and efficient shipping. My only complaint is that the stair noses and trim pieces were not packaged strongly enough, and suffered some minor damage during transport. Otherwise, good prices and friendly, helpful staff!”

“This store is extraordinarily helpful - and today Matt on the team figured out a variety of permutations to fasten some funky chairs back together again after a raucous gathering of friends. The red and blue chairs are once again inhabitable with no chance of collapse or danger of tetanus shot requirements. Much appreciated! This ACE rules!”

“Great service something hardware stores don't have these days. Gill-Roy's is the store where employees will ask if you need help, bring you to the aisle, then help see if the product is what you need. Customer service I have not received from Home Depot. Love this store!”

“Love our local shop, literally right up the street from home. Sadly this time they didn't have the part I needed, but the whole staff were great in recommending another solution. It's always a great experience here; reminds me of my Grandpa taking me with him to the shop when I was little. If you're in our neck of the woods, stop by!”

“I had never been inside as I usually go to Lowe's but when I tell you this place had everything I needed and the prices were actually pretty low. The staff was helpful a d friendly! 10/10 experience for all your home improvement needs.”

“The BEST customer service in South and Metro Atlanta - they always have someone available at the counter and on the phone to take an order or give a quote. Their inventory and pricing are competitive. They have bailed us out after hours and on the weekends with deliveries and helped coordinate when we have been out of state with other Winsupply locations. Luke and the team at this Fairburn location are above and beyond the competition. We drive a little further for a lot greater service and worth it! “Never, never, NEVER going to the big box store for paint again. This is the place where someone will actually HELP with paint selections. There’s a table and some chairs to sit and go through colors. They’ll show larger paint chips. You can walk outside with them to view in natural light, which is a must to get a better impression of the undertones. They keep a record of purchases, so if you need the same color next month or next year, they have it!”

“Nice employees but not enough to keep customers from waiting a while for assistance. The nice young man who helped put the new Gas Grill on our truck was very helpful once we got to that.”

“I love coming to this store. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. It still has that mom and pop feel like most hardware stores used to have but lack nowadays.”

“The only bad thing about the tool rental is they are impossible to get on the phone. Otherwise pretty efficient and decently priced. Good selection of tools to rent”

“I stopped by this location late one evening on March 26th, 2026 with a friend, about 30 minutes before closing, needing help with a specific lumber cut and a plumbing part for a fence and kitchen sink repair. Jose in Lumber immediately greeted us and offered to cut our boards before we even had to ask. That kind of proactive help—especially late at night—really stood out. Then we met Donald in Plumbing… absolute legend. He walked us through exactly what we needed (and was 100% right, even when my friend thought it was a different size). On top of that, he brought great energy, made us laugh, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us get it right the first time. Both Jose and Donald made what could have been a stressful, last-minute trip incredibly easy and enjoyable. This isn’t my home store, but after this experience, I honestly wish it was.”
