“Overall pretty good store. Classic publix experience. Although one time a bagger tickled my (then) twoish year old. It was weird and definitely not something I wanted. I stopped going there for quite a while, and just in the last 6 months decided to go back. I am unsure if the same bagger is still there, but no one has done anything similar.
Outside of that pretty good experience. The buy one get ones are great as always.”

“This concierge-style pharmacy cares about my health and me as a person! I have never experienced the kindness, professionalism, warmth, and flexibility from a drug store in my entire life!I am in a time period where my medical providers are still sending my medications to another pharmacy, and Villa Rica Drugs calls them on my behalf to coordinate medication transfers.I have a mild disability that makes it difficult to manage my medications on my own.They offer a customizable pill package system, which can include over-the-counter supplements and prescription medications. I was unsure if the pill packaging system would work for me because I had never tried anything like it before.Upon my request, they allowed me to try this method of adaptive medication management free of charge for a week, with the understanding that if I chose to continue this specific service, I would pay the monthly service fee. I love this system and decided to continue it.The pill package system fee is $5.00 per month, and it does not include the cost of the actual medications. The specific lady who sets up the pill package system, named Jackie, called me on a Wednesday because she wanted to make sure that I wanted to continue with this program, and if she could make the system easier for me to use!My meds were not due for packaging at that point in time! She went the extra mile to discuss ways to fine-tune the service FOR ME, and to make sure that I did not have any new medications that needed to be added and how I am supposed to take them.They also offer free delivery to people who live in certain areas.As a financial comparison, try ordering one bottle of fish oil from Amazon without a subscription to Amazon Prime!”

“This is becoming a difficult place to shop. The number of Spanish speaking customers has made shopping difficult. They tend to block access to parts of the store and never say they are sorry. I think I will paid the $8 delivery charge and order though my phone.”

“Never have enough wheelchair carts unless you show up before 7am most are broken or in need of repair, prices are better than puplix, kroger but then have to navigate stocks who block isles, or personal shops who block isles and either ignore you or are RUDE”

“I've had to visit this pharmacy quite frequently in the last few weeks, and despite my arriving close to closing hours on several of these occasions, they've rushed to assist me so that I could have my medications before closure of the store. I've felt like they've prioritized the health and needs of my family every time I've visited, and this is certainly a model of professional and courteous customer service.”

“Ive never had any of the problems everyone else seems to have. Ive had them take care of issues over the phone and in person. Their fill time seems the same as most places ive been to. They dont have alot of room back there so that could be the cause of some of the problems. I think most people just look for things to complain about, and when the find it they let the world know.”

“The pharmacist Mr.Steve and all the techs are amazing, kind hearted, and they treat you like family. Now the pharmacist lady who’s there when Mr.Steve isn’t, is the most rudest person and for no reason at all. She can’t stand to answer questions or help someone on the phone, in store, and acts like she is better than everyone else. If you can’t handle being in customer service and helping people then you've chosen the wrong profession. I’ve never had any problems at all from this store, grocery or pharmacy, until she started working there. Even the techs have complained to me about her and the way she treats ppl. She either needs to find some where else to work or learn how to treat/ talk to customers and employees. Everyone else is absolutely wonderful♥️”

“The Pharmacy has been amazing their is a pharmacist there and his name is Ike and he has been amazing. My doctor forgot to send in a prescription and the office was officially closed. Ike called the operator went above and beyond to get my prescription because I was in so much pain, even when the operator was very rude to Ike he stayed professional and handled everything. Very efficient!”

“New and improved. While shopping there is a pleasure, paying for that pleasure is sometimes not as pleasurable lol. Their BOGO deals cannot be beat, but other than that some prices are just inflated for no reason, and significantly higher. Still a great looking new location and a very spacious store.”
