“After a rocky start with one sales associate, Harrison saved the experience for me. Initially, I went in to lower the rate of my monthly plan, trade in my phone for a new one, and get an apple watch. The original person I worked with omitted information regarding my purchase and I ended up paying a restocking fee for the watch once I realized she had added a line (I only wanted GPS). After returning the watch and receiving my new iPhone in the mail, I went back with my trade in and thank goodness had Harrison to interact with this time. He was so helpful, patient, greeted other people as he helped me set up my phone despite the ATT outage that was affecting my area. He even looked to see I was NOT getting the lowest rate possible, as the original associate promised, and did work with me to get that down. He's a warm personality and super friendly. If you go to this store - ask for Harrison or River!”

I walked out with exactly the experience I was hoping to get, and a few areas of value I didn't know Verizon has. I feel great about new plan (I was switching from T-Mobile.) Also Walker is a great guy as well, very energetic and helpful the way he greeted me when I first walked in. I also want to give a special shout out to the manager. She was very friendly and I could tell she cares about her store and her team. I would highly recommend this store.”
