“T-Mobile customer service is the worst but this store is the best! Kareem Ortega at the East Cobb T-Mobile store fixed my problem till resolution despite me porting out of T-Mobile. T-Mobile does not have the ability to email you final bills despite me being a 16.5 year loyal customer! They lack 1980s tech in 2026 called email! The bills are required for many reasons per statute and to get reimbursed for equipment fees by the new provider.”

“I know nothing about my iPhone because i don’t have a teenager. My husband and I walked in and were immediately greeted by Debbb and John. They took time to assist us with everything we didn’t know, helped me with music, passwords, apps, the Cloud, and technical issues. We learned, laughed, talked, and shared stories of people like who don’t understand hot spots and blind spots. They are friendly, helpful, professional, and personable. Best phone experience EVER!!!!”

“I just want to shout out Bernard and Danny for helping me out. My wife has had an IPhone 8 for over 10 years now and was in dire need of an upgrade. (No WiFi connectivity, poor call quality, blurry camera, ect...) I walked into the store and Danny helped me choose the correct phone to suit her needs. He didn't try to upsell or convince me. He just gave me the details about each option and let me decide what I though would be best. At checkout Bernard was EXTREMELY competent and helpful. He was able to clearly explain everything I needed to know. I'd absolutely recommend coming here! Happy customer!”
