“My son was there this weekend for a basketball tournament and he lost his contact during the game. I placed a call to the Optical center and R. Patel was so helpful. She found his prescription in the system, checked her inventory and he was able to get another box without any hassle. This may have been a small deed to her, but to me, it was huge! I feel as if she went above and beyond to assist us. Hats off to you Sam’s Club for hiring caring employees such as R. Patel!”
“The people who work in this Sam's Club Pharmacy have always been pleasant, helpful with answering questions or with suggestions to save money on refills, and I've never had a bad experience. I'm not even a Sam's Club member, but one of my prescriptions is still cheaper here than anywhere else, even without the membership!”

“Publix is traditionally the store that you can count on being clean and well stocked. Yet this store has even more... people who make a difference. Employees/owners who take pride in their work and go the extra mile. They always have a smile and kind word even when you can tell they have worked a long shift. The pharmacist is always professional, caring, with an attention to detail. A couple times has had me take a dose and wait nearby to ensure I do not have an adverse reaction. The fresh fish cabinet is always exemplary the gentleman always ensures my order is complete and offers helpful suggestions on preparation. Chelsie in your deli/bakery section always has a kind word, smile, and remembers my order. I even recall a couple years back Marc Norman changing a customers tire for her on a hot summer day while wearing his white shirt. Employees/owners of this store care about the job they do. Often I have noticed stress on the faces of many (customers included) yet they do their best to add a bit of sunshine to your day. We are all dealing with this crazy world in many ways. It is refreshing to see people who choose to make a positive difference even through job excellence, a smile, and kind word.”

“This pharmacy is awesome. I switched to them from Walgreens about 6 months ago. And I couldn’t be happier. They treat you and every customer like family. They pay attention and never seem frustrated when they are busy. They are still polite. You do not feel like a number. The only downside is their hours. But even with that it is worth changing from big corporate pharmacy to them”

“Sam's Club is one of my favorite stores. It's not practical to buy everything in bulk, but Sam's does have a good selection of items that do last as needed. Plus, the tire discounts are pretty nice.”
“I switched to this Walmart pharmacy from another big chain pharmacy because they are so easy to get on the phone, they are helpful when you go in to see them, and they share helpful information and answer any questions (all unlike my previous pharmacy). Their customer service is excellent and they are prompt in filling prescriptions. They are close to me and very easy to work with. The only downside is that they do not have a drive thru. Other than that I am very happy with this pharmacy.”
“I went to Sam's Club for my yearly eye check up and was completely happy with Dr. Nick Corneillie and his staff. Dr. Nick was informative, patient, attentive, and professional. I don't think I will go anywhere else again. Conveniently located in the Sam's Club and they got us in and out on time. The whole staff was very friendly and cooperative while helping us with insurance information issues. I was a very happy customer. 5 stars for Dr. Nick and his staff.”

“My daughter has Schizoaffective disorder and suffered a psychotic break during this pandemic. After her release from the hospital I was unable to get her medication because the dr forgot to give authorization to the insurance company. Unless I had $1,200 to pay for a one month supply I could not get the prescription. Amanda got on the phone with everyone she could to resolve the problem. She was so kind, calm, professional and patient. She resolved the issue and treated us with compassion. That meant everything to me and our family today. Thank you Amanda!”
“Moved my pharmacy to Publix almost a year ago and wish I had done it sooner. Where Publix might lack in the convenience of something like a pharmacy drive-thru, they make up with good customer service, efficiency, and kindness. Even when at peak hours they manage the lines well. I’ve had a lot of health issues this last year with a lot of last minute script requests, and they’re always very accommodating and will expedite things if I call ahead and ask. Being open late most days of the week has saved my butt multiple times this year; even those times I come in 10 minutes before closing, they still provide the same great service, and always with a smile. 5 stars for the pharmacy team at this Publix!”

“A super efficient pharmacy! I've gotten all of my COVID and flu vaccines here and always ask for Patel. She's such a sweetheart and calms me down. Even if there is a line, she works calmly, compassionately, but efficiently, too. She gets everyone in and out in no time. Everyone at the pharmacy and front store have been wonderfu! I also like that this store has some random cool things, or necessary things that are hard to find, like my Dads C-PAP tubing.”

“Santos, the manager, runs a good Kroger. It's not as big as the one in Townlake, but it's clean, including restrooms, and it's well stocked. Employees are quick to assist and always have a really good attitude. We go here all the time. Get the Kroger card and earn massive fuel points discounts.”
“It’s always a pleasure to see Za’ryialong braids and mixed color skin) when I shop at this her at Kroger. Even though she works in the self checkout area, she’s always assisting customers with bagging their groceries and helping with any issues at the scanner. Besides the convenience of the store location, Za’ryia is the only other reason I shop here! She goes above and beyond what is expected of her. SHE DESERVES A RAISE & promotion!”

“I have stopped to get gas at Sam's Club a few times, and always appreciated it.
As a Sam's Club member I have the ability to use the Gas Station, and enjoy that the pricing is usually very cheap compared to competitors. You need to expect a small wait in line, and be ready to park, use your Sam's Card, and quickly pump and leave to keep things going smoothly. Being kind and quick here is a kindness you can do for the others waiting.
Either way, good place to fill up!”
